Sorry if this has been discussed before, but does anyone have any experience with this? I just bought Barlowes PM cause I heard it was one of the best out there. But I’m worried I’m gonna have some serious pain because of my pierced nipples if this stuff really does work.
 
I’m gonna start with only 500mg a day to see how my body reacts then add the estradiol and progesterone creams later.

My nipples are pierced and never had a problem --PM does make them more sensitive to the touch gotta say it feel good

Same here as Niaja, both pierced and never had any issues, oh and they are far more WOW sensitive
