Yes, in theory you will get more from benefits from the same amount.
Just the powder,, so I just pull the cap apart / split it, empty the powder then discard the capsule casing.
Powders will generally dissolve better in warm water, I generally use water from the kettle once it cooled down to lukewarm, which reduce the likelihood of clumping.
On a different tack, if not already doing so, you can add massage to your regime, real easy to get up massage boobs for two mins.
