Cagedmuscle 1st nbe regimen

It's been one week..no real changes to report. 

I have noticed that my sexual urges have actually increased more and have more frequent and easier better longer lasting erections. 

Maybe a slight increase in headaches but I can't really determine that since I live.with constant headaches everyday from the military and issues I have from that.

I am increasing s.p. by one capsule making it 1350 mg a day. 
No changes to pm dose since it's 1000mg pure extract in each pill. 

I have ordered pm from ainterol which should be here soon. Once that comes in, I'll switch it out for that brand and put the other brand on the shelf.

Once I get the new pm I'll prob start that off with 500 for a week and then bump it up to 1000 since that's where I'm at with the pure exact even tho the ainterol is supposedly a better brand and 20year old pm from Thailand. So if it is more potent then I don't want to jump in at too high of a dose.

Again I expect it's too early to see any changes for breast growth. I feel I would expect to see other changes in mental emotional states first and possibly some physical like skin and hair improvement. 

No changes to weight or measurements this far.

Update ainterol pm finally arrived. Going to swap that in and put the other brand on pm on the shelf for emergencies. Going to start with 1000 since that's what the other brand boasted was in their pure extract formula. 

So as of right now ainterol pm at 2 caps a day 500 each equaling 1000mg of pm, taking 2 caps of sp a day, 450 each equaling 950 a day. 

All vitamins and support supplements are the same as from the first post. 

Current cycle of test is at 200 test C twice a week equaling 400mg, and 300 of deca twice a week equaling 600mg. 
This is my typical winter bulking cycle, usually will go for 12-16 weeks since deca is very slow acting. At about 2 weeks before the end of the cycle I will taper down to half dose twice a week to finish it out and make sure my body doesn't come off a high dose to nothing. Last two weeks will.prob be 100 test C twice a week and 150 deca twice a week.

 Last week I will start hcg 5000-10000 ius for two weeks, on the beginning of the second week I will also start clomid and nolvadex for post cycle therapy. hcg nolvadex and clomid are the typical post cycle stack for returning bodily hormones back to normal and kick starts natural test production back to normal quicker, which helps keep most of what was gained from the cycle of gear. 

That being said due to my bulking cycle I don't believe I will see any noticable changes from nbe till I finish my bulking cycle and come off male hormones for at least the same amount of time I was on the cycle. So 12-16 weeks off. So hopefully this is not just a waste of money starting pm and SP right now. Hopefully it will still be building in my system so when I am completely off all gear my body will react well. Who knows. It's all just an experiment. At the very min I'd be ok with seeing changes in my skin and hair, but I don't expect anything more. 

After that I plan to run a low dose of 200mg  test C a week, split into 2 doses to keep blood stream levels relatively steady. In which case I will prob adjust the nbe regimen to pm, RR, MSM, FG, and SP. I'll still use sp but only at the recommended dose on the bottle for prostate health, along with the normal vitamin and supplements I use all the time.regularly. I will run the test at 200 a week until I decide what my next cycle will be, most likely a lean mass or cutting cycle. Sometime in the mid to late summer time. 

I will prob cycle off all nbe products at some point for a month to let all receptors reset. Might even try to plan to  be completely off all nbe and test at the same time just to start completely start fresh. 

We will see. That's just me planing a rough estimate of the next half a year or so. Nothing is set in stone. 

Currently I have 10 more weeks of.my current bulk cycle, which I will also continue to run my pm and SP through to the end of the 10 weeks as well. I plan to increase the pm to 1500, then 2000, maybe try 2500, sp  will also gradually increase as well to be some what on the same dose as the pm. I have not decided if I will use the nbe during my post cycle of hcg, clomid and nolvadex or if I will just be off everything for that time.period to let my body reset, Before starting back up with 200 test a week, and the pm, RR, msm, FG and SP trial. Again nothing is set in stone. 

I'm sure most of you think I'm prob crazy for trying to do this with a steady diet of male hormones. I'm 100% sure if see better results using nbe with out any male hormones. But that's not what I want and I would not be true to myself if I did that indefinitely. Even if I ever came out as trans, and wanted to fully transition I'd prob still use test and milder steroids for bodybuilding purposes and try to get the most out of hrt (assuming I can get a Dr to prescribe knowing I'd be on test as well) or I'll just end up getting  surgeries to become more feminine. But thata neither here nor there., and I honestly doubt I'd ever transition even if I came to the realization that my identity is not what I had once previously believed it was.

So I'm not sure if this is a legitimate update or not but yesterday I noticed when I was getting ready that the normal men's cologne I wear didn't seem to quite smell as good as it normally does on me I haven't noticed a change in my Bo or anything like that but I noticed the cologne itself didn't smell all that great coming out of the bottle and it didn't smell all that great after it was on me so I'm not sure if my sense of smell is changing and if my pH balances are changing as well. Again I'm not sure if that is a legitimate change or not or if it was just a one-time thing but I think or that is the only thing I've noticed at all since starting nBE supplements.

2 week update:

No real updates to report. I have noticed that my nails seem to be growing quicker, and as stated in my last post I'm not sure if my pH balance is changing since colognes and deodorant that I normally use don't smell the same on me as they once did. 

No weight gain, no change in measurements as expected. No change in skin or hair so far either.

I will upload more progreas.pictures if it lets me.

I am thinking of changing my plan for nbe due to my current billing cycle that I am on which will last for roughly 9 more weeks. 

What I'm doing now 
Pm 1000 daily
Sp 950 daily.

Considering:
Pm 1500 daily
Sp 950 (which is rec dose on the bottle)
Adding:
MSM 2500mg (which is rec dose on container)
Red reshi 1000mg (which is rec.dose on the container)
Fenugreek 610mg (which is rec.dose on container)

And continued use of multi vitamins, and workout supplements listed in the very first post.

I will try to post pictures of all nbe and vitamin products with their nutritional labels but will have to resize the photos first.

Not sure how ,but I mixed up the dates. I started on Friday Dec 29th. So each update should've  went one week further.

So since today is Jan 26 of 2024, I have been on my nbe journey for 4 weeks now.

Again no real updates other than to get the time line correct. No changes to weight. 

Current measurements are:
underbust or rib cage is 40 in. 
Over busy is 49 inch.
Waist is 34.

No fat redistribution yet. No hips, or thighs or butt (that I didn't start with already)


On a side note. I started researching and looking into find a therapist for the many issues I'm dealing with, not just gender identity issues but a lot of others just from living life and life experiences. Thats about all that's new.

Hi Cagedmuscle

I do understand that you want to see results immediately but, as many other will have told you by now, NBE is a slow process. I know that "sit back and relax" is not applicable when you know that your body is working to give you a pair of breasts, but it will take a while. If you are seriously convinced to want a pair of boobs and a more feminine body, I would suggest that you make taking your herbs part of your daily routine: something that you'll do automatically without even thinking about it. This is to avoid skipping it when your energy levels and sex drive are low.

Regarding expectations, you have a very lean body that takes its shape from your muscles. Breast tissue will grow on top of the muscles, but if you really want to feminize your body then you'll see your muscle mass decrease. As a result, measuring your bust may not be the correct way to gauge progress.
In my opinion, the signs that something is working (in your case) could be these:
1) You'll get softer skin (this usually happens within days from starting PM).
2) You may get some joints pain and some fatigue. This is a sign of the hormonal change. I suggest you push through, even if this is not pleasant. You'll feel "normal" again after a couple of rough weeks
3) The color of your areolas and nipples may change a bit, way before there is any sign of breast growth
4) Sex drive will eventualy be lowered. PM does some of this, but SP definitely does it even more.
5) You'll put on weight and your muscle definition will decrease. PM always has the effect to cause weight gain. If the new fat goes to the right places, within a few months you may feel that your trousers don't fit as they used to. Mind: this doesn't mean full body fat redistribution, but some slight change in deposits on hips and ass.

After all of that, if you let PM and SP do their job, you should start feeling that your tops fall differently on your chest after about 2 months. That's a sign that your skin has changed, that your nipples are changing, and that maybe the shape of your chest has shifted a bit and it's reshaping.

One last note on dosage: The advised PM dosage for women is 1000mg/day, but that also has to do with body weight. Using 1500, or even 2000, per day should be safe. If you do increase dosage you may experience some of the side effects I mentioned above (particularly fatigue and loss of sex drive). In that case it means that something is working, and you may want to play with the dosage to find the right balance.

Yes.for sure. As it currently stands I have a hard time finding clothes that fit me now, that I feel fit right or lay right on me since my chest and shoulders are already big. 

I also thought that for my weight I may need a higher dose since I know even with other things of I take the rec dose it doesn't even touch me or have an affect on me. 

I thought I have noticed my nipples change color or shape slightly but then I think the opposite the next time I look at them. 

It is most definitely a hurry up and wait kind of thing that's for sure. I just hope that I'm not wasting any money or nbe supplements since I'm still on testosterone as well.

I'm torn. Half of me considers stopping and then starting up when I'm off all male hormones and let my body come to a reset.  The other half wants to aee if I can even see any changes as in skin and hair even if the feminization affects don't happen. 

And for me fitness will always be number one. So it is a big mental battle to allow myself to loose my muscle and gain fat even if it's not on my stomach but in hips butt thighs etc. I've spent a lot of time and money on building my body to this point and I think that might be my biggest hurdle is letting go
