Hello Everyone!
After spending hours reading the posts, I have decided to create my daily routine and share~ Please let me know if this all makes sense.
Morning:
RR & WP 1 capsule each (both from Life Extension)
(30mins later) PM 1x 500mg capsule (Ainterol) -> planning to move to extract after three months later
Ca/D 1 capsule (Ostelin Australia)
1 cup of organic spearmint tea (local store)
Workout (Stretching, body weight training, cardio) & Protein shake (maca powder + soy milk + grounded nuts)
After shower, apply body cream (shea butter + jojoba oil/Emu oil + PM extract (1% of the total volume)
30mins to 1 hr massage (breast & hip area) with breast cream (Ainterol) + Hypnosis
Afternoon:
Collagen powder mixed with water (California GOLD Nutrition - iherb)
Krill oil with Astaxanthin 1 capsule (California GOLD Nutrition - iherb)
MSM 4 capsules (4000) (Doctor's Best - iherb)
1 cup of spearmint tea
Night:
RR & WP 1 capsule each
(30mins later) PM 1x 500mg
Ca/D 1 capsule
multivitamin
1 cup of spearmint tea
30mins to 1hr massage + Hypnosis

PM dosage (all from Ainterol):
Month 1: 500mg (morning)
Month 2-3: 1000mg (1x 500 morning, 1x 500 night)
Month 4+: PM extract (starting with three drops and increasing up to 8 drops daily)

Will consider PC cream a few months later

Cleanse Week (last week of the month):
Fruit/veg juice + intermittent fasting + sweet potato/pumpkin soup
take a break from RR & WP & PM
