Thanks for the info. I was wondering about adding BO with my HRT. I didn’t want to do anything that might throw my estrogen level out of proportion. As I go to DR. in 4 weeks for possibly an increase in estrogen.
Thanks,
Pooky
Hi Pooky,
HRT via the docs s by far the best route, I wish I had that option but hey ho.
One of the reasons why I decided to try BO/PG was that its relatively cheap, (Swanson BO&PG is $30/$50/month) and for some they have had fantastic feminisation results.
However, what I have gathered is that it needs consistency over a decent amount of time for it to do its thang, taking it for a few weeks or a couple of months is likely not worth it.
Then there is the mythical 'switch' , 'point of no return' at around the 3-month stage that many talk about.
Personally, I think that's more psychological than physical, in that they have mentally accepted transitioning - lets face it the mind is a VERY powerful machine, other than any actual hard and fast rewiring of our T generators down below.
But I may well be and I completely accept that I am totally wrong on that as lots will testify
I've committed to a 6-month trial of BO@1500mg/day & PG@240mg/day, but have also just added prog cream (3-month trial) and now evaluating the addition of a 6-month trial on DHEA (with thanks to or our lovely sage Lotus x) to see if it all helps me achieve my overall body feminisation goal.
As you are transitioning a similar regime might be worth considering?
Good luck, take it slow an listen to your body
Hope that helps.
