How often do you pump and for how long?

I pump on average 3 times a day for about and hour at maximum pressure. Meaning as high as I can without getting blisters.

ah, thank you, so my 30 minutes a day isn't enough....

I would up it to at least an hour or longer.

Thank you, last question, I'm learning...are yours soft, feel like breasts?

For the first bit they are firm like young breast then get softer over a little time after pumping.

Spectacular! What an achievement. That is my goal but I'm still in my first year of pumping.

I am happy to hear you are using two sizes. I am alternating between the 1500 and whatever comes before that...1100?> The smaller one feels so sensual sometimes...the larger one usually hurts my armpits but I get more swelling.

Are you taking any supplements?

Shannon, you've achieved some amazing results!  

Between supplements and a lot of pumping over the last nearly 2 years, I've gotten some good results myself.  But the problem I'm running into is that my inframammary fold (I.F.) is a little too high on my chest to allow proportional growth/expansion of the lower half of my breast. At some point I'll probably have to go in for some surgery to reposition my I.F., which is apparently common during breast augmentation.  And I'm thinking that as long as I'm having my I.F. repositioned, it's a good excuse to go forward with the augmentation I've been considering since the beginning of the year.

I would lie if I did not say I had to go look up what the inframammary fold was. Very interesting reading.

I love the increase from pumping but am not looking to get implants. My wife already hates what I have and she has lost a lot of weight over the past few years to the point that she has gone from a 38DDD down to a 32B. Very disappointing for me.

So I pump and have something to play with. I wish she would let me pump her and see how it looks. Oh well.
