DIM

#1
Question

What does DIM do?

I keep reading near drastically different things from different websites about what it does  Huh  Some sites say they flush estrogen out of your system so you have more testosterone (sites trying to sell you their DIM supplements), other sites yell don't take DIM because it blocks testosterone (and then they sell you their supplements or body building program). And web MD just gives a kids level explanation that it reduces "bad" estrogen and raises "good" estrogen.

DIM is Diindolylmethane. It is an anticarcinogen and also improves estrogen metabolism. Plant-derived 3,3′-Diindolylmethane Is a Strong Androgen Antagonist in Human Prostate Cancer Cells* DIM is remarkably similar in conformational geometry and surface charge distribution to an established synthetic AR antagonist, although the atomic compositions of the two substances are quite different. Taken together with our published reports of the estrogen agonist activities of DIM, the present results establish DIM as a unique bifunctional hormone disrupter. To our knowledge, DIM is the first example of a pure androgen receptor antagonist from plants.

Thank you very very much! This makes sense  Heart

Basically it does both, but depending on who is trying to sell what, they advertise it differently, and I'll be taking my time to read through the links you shared. I appreciate it very much
