So I’ve been transitioning with breast growth since January 2024. I’ve had decent success while on PM. My growth is close to an A cup, but still room to grow into this size. I don’t always wear a bra, but suspect that may have to change. Can anyone recommend a good run bra or supportive top? Something I can wear under a tank top. My breast buds hurt so bad while running.

I really haven't focused on the brand, I look at how well it fits and the support it gives, most sports bras are very similar some brand have more colors to choose from, I just go with a basic black or gray for my sports bras, my regular bra's have to be pretty
