It is fairly well established that most people get the best results by combining at least three elements:

1. An anti-androgen to suppress one's natural male testosterone level. Without an AA, it will be an uphill battle. Red Reishi or White Peony.
2. A source of estrogen. In this case PM but could also be Fenugreek or bioidentical estrogen cream (which would be my choice)
3. After budding, a source of Progesterone, such as bioidentical progesterone cream.

It may be possible to take a high enough dose of PM to overcome one's testosterone but that would likely be a very large dose and then safety concerns come into play.
Not recommended.

Great suggestions Karen. I’ve had results while just on PM, but agree it’s been an uphill battle. My T levels, while reduced, are relatively too high for feminine growth. My breast buds have been extremely active though, but only about an inch growth for 6-7 months. I was curious about taking White Peony and whether it would have any impact on my transition. I’m also working on HRT, but that’s a slow process with this doctor. This is all still a work in progress. But PM, has definitely proven itself.

I tried "PM only" out of curiosity (because I'd read that it lets men grow breasts and could not believe it). Anyway: Taking only the RDA for post-menopausal women (one pill a day), I observed nothing, but some time after switching to two pills a day I started to feel my breasts budding, which I found immensely pleasurable. So PM seems not to be addictive, but that feeling could be.

Can you tell me more about this RDA product you are taking? what does it have in it? I am unable to take PM right now as my wife wants me to wait until we are done having kids so maybe looking for some other safe ways to keep the progress going. Any ideas from the rest?

"The Product" were Capsules from https://www.siamheilkraeuter.de/ . They don't have PM at the moment. The capsules contained only PM and nothing else. At the moment I have PM from Barlowe's. Ainterol products also seem to have a good reputation around here.

P.S: "RDA" ist just a commonly used abbreviation for "recommended daily allowance", i.e. what the package says how many pills one should take per day.

Okay thank you, and how has your progress been using barlowes? have you noticed any undesired site affects?
