I since you are trying to have children now, maybe you should look at topicals such DHEA and Progesterone cream applied directly to your breasts.
I only say this as PM and BO may lower testosterone and by default sperm count. Your still young so all things considered, when you have kids and you and your wife decide your good then start PM or BO. It's just my opinion, I am not sure if there's studies on fertility and PM or BO.

Thank you for the great advice! Tomi66 and others are you able to expand on the DHEA and progesterone cream? Am i able to take these without affecting the hormones? what are some good brands and what exactly is DHEA??
Thank you,

Quote:Dehydroepiandrosterone (DHEA) is a hormone that your body naturally produces in the adrenal gland. DHEA helps produce other hormones, including testosterone and estrogen.
Progesterone is also another horomone.
Look up hormone pathways on Google if you want to know more.
Cholesterol from what you eat and what the liver produces, gets used to make Pregnenolone, which then can be converted to Progesterone or 17-OH Prognenelone, which then each take different paths, converting to and from different hormones.
Pregnenolone can convert to DHEA.
Progesterone can convert to Androstenedione.
Eventually either can convert to Testosterone (if not needed by the stress response system, Cortisol).
And then eventually Testosterone gets converted to either of the 3 types of Estrogens.
Well it's too complicated (I attach a picture), but important thing is that each can convert to other hormones, depending on usage and need.
Sperm count I think is regulated by LH and FSH, not Testosterone. But someone can correct me if I'm wrong.
