First Sports Bra

#1

I have only worn a bra once.  I bought a couple online to see what size a was.  42B.  But after wearing them once I threw them away.  Recently my nipples start itching like crazy when I am being active.  I bought this sports bra months ago to help, but never got the nerve to wear it.  I think today might be the day. I like the way it holds everything in place.  I think I will exercise with it on and maybe run my errands.  See how it feels.

I wear a bra almost everyday, all day, because I need to.  I have breasts.  I live in small town America and don't want to be the subject of
scrutiny.  So, how does my bra not get attention?  I have tried all kinds of bras.  If you don't want to draw attention take a look at Rhonda Shear invisible body bras on Ebay.  They come in all kinds of colors and support like a sports bra.  You can get packs of three for around $25.00.  Best of all...unless your shirt/blouse is sheer or transparent, they have no "tell tale" signs of straps or clasps.  I wear them to minimize jiggle and nipple pokies.  They work great.
Only reveal is if you're sweating heavily, the sweat will saturate your shirt first and present a dry bra shaped image, and after everything dries...the bra shape will remain till it dries.  It's still easy to conceal in a black or dark colored gym shirt.

A nice light sports bra is lovely to wear , just enough control to stop things bouncing around too much.
Yours looks good on you Perky A's

I may have to give something like this a try.   Been trying to avoid wearing a bra to the gym, as everything I have with good support are noticeable under a t-shirt.  I have been running a lot getting too much bounce when I run, to the point of sore boobs and raw nipples.

Do you know how accurate their size guide is?  I'm between 3x or 4x,  thinking I should go with the smaller for running.

For a while now I have felt a little self conscious wearing t shirts.  The way my nipples always show and my shirt drapes off my breast.  I feel I look weak.  Collared shirts I feel the same way.  As much as I fight wearing a bra, I need something I can wear under a shirt that holds my breasts down a little and helps hide my nipples.  I have tried wearing snug tank tops, but it’s hot in summer and they ride up my and need adjusting. I thought they weren’t comfortable. And you could still see the tank top lines.  I like the sports bra I bought, but you can see the lines under a tshirt. I really don’t want anyone I know finding out.  I am sure someday I won’t care, but right now.  I would prefer to keep that my secret.  I really wanted something that doesn’t look too feminine. Like I was trying to wear a female bra.  I just need some support.

I found this one on amazon. I just got it in today.  I am wearing it now under a snug tshirt and there is zero imprint of a bra. I can’t even feel with my hand where the bra starts and stops.  It snugs my small breasts up and gives me just the right amount of support.  It is not too feminine.  I am really liking it already. I feel like I hold my shoulders straighter, my shirt looks better.  I feel more confident in it.  I could see me wearing this one often.  I am going to wear it out to dinner tonight.

I have the same issue with sports bras they all show through, so I discover seamless invisible bra tops a while back and they are brilliant.
The ones I buy are from Marks and Spencers, but they are easily available on Amazon and places like Shein.
They are slightly padded so hide my nipples ( & piercings!) they are really comfy and invisible under all my shirts, t-shirts apart from a couple of of really skinny thin material tees.

I took a big step and wore the new bra under a button-down shirt working outside with a few guys all day.  I never felt like it was noticeable. I was comfortable in it. I will admit, the support was nice. And I felt my shirt looked better on me.  Only issue was I would like to have unbuttoned another shirt button to let some wind cool me down, but it would have shown then.

Congratulations for the big step!

I will share with you my golden rules about bra wearing. Keep in mind that I dont (yet?) need a bra, so if I wear it is mostly to satisfy my crossdressing/underdressing fetish.

1) Men will not notice a non padded bra. Women most likely will.
2) Wear pattern if you want to disguise the bra lines
3) A sports bra's lines will look like a vest. Thin bra straps will always look like a bra. Women are likely to notice either way unless you wear 7 layers.
4) The top layer makes the difference. Wear a larger t-shirt on top of the bra to create some extra creases, then wear a soft hoodie on top and it'll be very hard to spot the bra lines. But if you then wear a tight coat on top of the hoodie, all lines will magically reappear because all the fabric will be squashed down.
5) Golden rule: wear a bra ONLY if it makes you feel comfortable enough to enjoy your day. The thrill is nice, but if the thrill turns to fear, then stop, reconsider, and evaluate other options (different time, place, bra type, clothing...)
