Swansons BO - no changes in my breast size?

#1

Hi,

I ordered 8 x 60 capsules (250mg) of Swansons BO, which arrived last week of April. I began to take those in beginning of May, first 2 in the morning 2 in the evening, then increased to 2 + 3 and from mid June taking 3 +3 . I have now used up most of my first purchase. In end of June I added also Multi-glandular (having additional 150mg BO).

I'm also taking WP, GTE, Saw Palmetto, Fish oil, B-complex, MSM and vit. C to support the "project".

I still haven't seen any increase in my breast size - it  measures same as in February, fitting to A cup. Band 100-101 cm, bust 109-110 cm. Many others have reported relatively fast effects!

I wonder what's wrong, because BO is supposed to be very strong?

Do you feel or see any other changes.  It is not all about breast growth.  Things happen in diff pace for diff people

Not much other than weight gain - which wasn't on my list of targets.
- No visible change on hips or butt
- No noticeable mental changes
- Really nothing I can notice, except some weight gain

People are different, and some medicines don't work on certain people. I have seen that on other people in different forms. For instance, it was very difficult for doctors to find s suitable thyroid medicine for my sister, most didn't work at all. Maybe I have something similar: some kind of "structural immunity" to BO supplement? I have no idea. It's a bit frustrating, as I have to decide very soon if I order more BO and try longer, or should I go back to PM.

Have you measured your body temperature? If I remember correctly, I think you have to take the BO at a certain body temperature for it to be effective.

Hi Teddy,
BO works on everyone at a different pace and works best when the body temperature is 98.7 F or higher, iodine can help maintain a higher temp.

I have been taking BO for 2 years now and breast growth was noticeable by tape measuring after 6 months, maybe 1/2 inch. Feminine curves are taking even longer, butt growth took about a year and curves are still progressing. I wish I had taken baseline hip measurements. Bust growth went from 48 to 52, band has been a steady 41 but since I have lost 30 lbs band is 40, bust unchanged.

Another thing that started after a year and persisted for about 9 months was hip and lower back discomfort, which I thought was me getting old but later learned it was more than likely pelvic tilt, that discomfort has pretty much subsided but still gets me some nights as my body continues to feminize.

The thing to remember, breast growth is a marathon and not a sprint. BO takes time for most of us, it takes girls years to go through puberty while their body starts to take shape so it will not be much different.

Personally I like BO and I am continuing on with it, letting it work at its own pace, besides, friends and family don't really notice a slow and gradual transformation.

You should start to notice, softer skin, better nails that grow faster and your body hair should be growing back slower and finer if you shave or epilate. I do both.

You can learn more about a BO program from some of Lotus's writings. Hope hearing about my experience helps you with what you might expect long term.

First a little about me before I ask questions. I’m on HRT under DR. care.  She is taking labs every three months.  T is barely in male limits should be below in a few weeks.  My estrogen levels are well inside female range but the DR. wants them higher. I was planning, when DR. gets me to ideal estrogen dose to start BO along with estrogen. I’m hoping for the full MTF transition.

Is this what you’re doing and will the Bo mess with my estrogen labs?

Hi Pooky,
I am just on BO and not on prescription hormone replacement therapy or under a doctors supervision.

Reading through some other posts from those on HRT, some take BO also, with good reports.

My thoughts, and some may differ, is to let your doctor know that you would like to try BO, hopefully they will tell you that's fine and they can monitor you for any negative side effects, which so far I have heard of none, except difficulties in erection and lack of sexual desires. But they will probably tell you that it won't do anything and it's a waste of money. But I think if you are being seen by a doctor for HRT, it's important they should know.

Sorry I couldn't be of much help.

Thanks anyway, Thinking about it I will just stay the course.  Wife’s on board with it, she even brought the subject up of SRS herself. So if she is onboard this much I best not rock the boat.

Pooky,
I have also thought about adding HRT, but like you, why, we're good with the track I am on and the side effects can be mitigated.

I would say we are very fortunate to have support from our spouses.

We are probably in the 5% group. I can’t imagine how hard this would be without her.  I tell her every day what her support and love means to me.  Just think of all the ones that have no one.
