Due to progynova becoming increasingly difficult to source in the UK I've decided to switch over to oestrogel, however I'm struggling to find an equivalence between different applications.
I've been taking Progynova (estradiol valerate) 2mg twice a day sublingually and will replace this with Oestrogel (estradoil 0.06%) 750 micrograms gel.
The initial thought is to do 2xpumps twice a day, which in theory is 3mg of estrogen, however I cant find how that relates to prog taken sublingually?
Does anyone know what the equivalent dosages for sublingual versus transdermal gel is:
1mg of estradoil valerate taken sublinguially = x pumps of estradoil 0.006% ??
Any help or guidance would be most appreciated thanks.
