Hi,
Throughout this post i will share what I’ve learned so far as well as my current results after 8 months on BO.
For those who don’t know me, I am a skinny “health guru” in my late twenties. I’m trying to feminize myself with the help of BO and will continue to do so for the foreseeable future. I love exercising, sleeping and eating healthy foods. While i do have an unusual lifestyle, i hope that you readers take some time to explore some of my lifestyle choices on a deeper level in your free times, as these can be some big eye openers to better general health. And since i am sort of a health freak, take into account that everything I’ve learned so far is what works for me. My lifestyle is a clear outlier compared to most, so take what you read with a grain of salt. If you want to know more about me you can send me a private message or fill up my thread at introduce yourself. Now lets go over to the baseline.
THE BASELINE
Before going into the progress I’ve made, let’s take a look at my beginning lifestyle and starting regiment.
Sleep: Ive always been trying to keep up a solid sleep schedule. Generally trying not to stay awake after midnight, and getting at least 8 hours of sleep every day. Additionally, grounding has been a huge help in improving my sleep quality. While I won’t go into much detail here, grounding is essentially optimizing/ neutralizing the electrical charge in your body. One thing to take note of is that grounding has improved my ability to absorb nutrients and fluids. So if you want to sleep a bit better and literally shit bricks, then check out
https://www.groundology.co.uk/ and see if this might be something for you.
Exercise: The routine consists exercising 2 hours every other day, swapping between pushing and pulling, together with legs. I.e. Legs, Rest day, Push, Rest day, Pull, Rest day. Continuing this pattern(until changes were needed).
Food: The rules are simple. Nothing that disrupts your bodily functions: Alcohol, smoking, and drugs. No seed oils of any kind/ easily oxidized oils, and no sugar. Other than that, all goes. I also don’t drink any coffee. Since i believe that a healthy body shouldn’t need extra caffeine to function optimally no matter the age.
When starting on BO, I used this guide from mustgrowbust as a baseline for my regiment, and throughout my journey made changes accordingly. http://mustgrowbust.com/wp-content/uploa...UIDE-C.pdf
This gives us a starting point of:
1 cap (10mg) BIOPERINE
1 cap (80mg) Pituary Glandular
3 caps (750mg) Ovarian Glandular
1 cup (2dl and 10g) Green tea
Two times a day - in the morning and evening
WHAT I’VE LEARNED
- One of the best tips i could give anyone here on BN is to never stop experimenting! No one has the same body and lifestyle. Only by finding out what works best for you, will you see the fruits of your labor. Don’t copy what you see. Take inspiration from it.
- Another significant game changer is temperature. I have noticed a huge difference since i started on BO in the winter. I used to wear a t-shirt no matter the season. Even if it got lower than -20 degrees Celsius. Because why the hell would my outer temperature even matter? It’s fine a long as my core temperature stays high enough, right?
This did of course not work out very well for my breast development, but the contrast was eye opening. I bought some bras as soon as I learned my lesson, and have been wearing them for the past 7 months. Don’t just keep the core temperature up, but also make sure your breasts stay hot enough too.
-Exercises might be helpful to many, but was apparently detrimental to my development. While i do strongly recommend everyone to exercise no matter what, skinny + gym +BO = no results. At least in my case. Since the production of testosterone is increased after exercise, and aromatase is achieved by having a plethora of fat cells. From month 5 through 7, i tried to exercise every day instead of every other day. As one can imagine, it truly felt like my progress was hitting a plateau. I felt more like a man that happened to have more estrogen than normal, instead of someone more feminine. Only at month 8 did i truly start to feel like i was feminine, and that my breasts were growing. While I’ll definitely go back to the gym when I gain some fat, id recommend being a bit less proactive if you are one of the skinny guys.
- Listen to your body, and don’t be afraid to add/ remove foods or supplements from your diet. As stated before, experimenting is key! Don’t be afraid to try different foods. I for example, found out that my body craves collagen. It may sound obvious, but i did not feel any urge to consume more collagen until started making bone broths regularly. Every day without bone broth feels like another day of no progress. So see for yourself, you might be surprised to see what your body craves.
- Having the right mindset. I can’t really say much for the other NBEs, but as BO delivers the whole feminization package, mindset might play a bigger role than we think. Although this is more of a matter of interpretation, and not really based on logic, wanting and feeling might change a lot. Other than physical changes and lifestyle changes, spiritual changes isn’t something people should neglect. At the start of my journey i wanted to be more feminine. But why only in appearance? I never really thought much about the mindset. While ones outlook might change naturally over time, i think fighting a war until one side winds won’t do much to facilitate any feminization for that matter. Since I’ve never heard of someone being feminine without feeling feminine, it might just be better to start feeling feminine sooner, rather than later.
RESULTS
Although the results are rather plain, keep in mind that the experience gained will likely contribute to exponential growth later on (hopefully).
Sleep: Never had a bad day of sleep, Upgraded grounding kit to stay grounded even while at work.
Exercise: Since my fat percentage i still low, my only form of exercise is 2 squats and pushups every time i enter the kitchen. (Works like a charm if you are just starting out with exercise).
Food: Tried some candy and fries while on vacation; this is why I don’t eat trash.
The regiment has changed a bit, but remains close to the baseline, with some extra additions.
1 cap (10mg) BIOPERINE
1 cap (80mg) Pituary Glandular
3 caps (750mg) Ovarian Glandular
1 cup (2dl and 10g) Green tea
1 cap (150mg ovarian, 150mg uterus, 50mg heart, 50mg kidney, 50mg liver) Multi Glandular for Women
Two times a day - in the morning and evening
Since I’ve long been a huge milk fan, adding lingzhi (reishi) mushroom to the mix have been great at giving that little increase in adaptogens, while also making the milk taste a bit more chocolatey (or not). I have also started taking a teaspoon of coconut oil in the morning. While i do feel the changes in the body more than before, I don’t think licking a jar of coconut oil will help you grow big breasts faster. But who knows. It’s at least a healthy oil, so feel free to take a spoonful every once in a while.
And now, as you all have been waiting for, here are the results so far:
[insert desert here]
Though id like to say that i made some incredible progress during my 8 months on BO, this is not one of those cases. I do admit that there are some changes, and that i have felt the progress. But thinking that i can grow boobs as big as a woman’s in 8 months, while they can easily take up to 5 years for women is absolutely absurd. And since a did a lot of exercise in the gym, my gains there might be misinterpreted as progress on BO.So be aware, don’t blindly believe everything written down below.
Since i was rather well built before i stopped going to the gym, i can say for certain that my skin feels a lot more loose on my body (losing 7kg of muscle in a month is no joke). This might be a big contributor as to why my breasts feel “bigger”, than before. While my chest area felt like there was nothing before i started BO, it now feels like a construction crew just moved in and started building the foundation. I can now say with 100% certainty that BO have had a positive effect on my breasts development. I can clearly feel a bunch of lobules growing around my nipples, and they have been growing at a steady pace. Together with my looser skin, it really feels like they’re getting bigger. At the topic of skin, I believe my skin became super smooth even during my first month of BO. Im not a very touchy person, but once the skin starts feeling that soft, there’s no going back. The only two problems I’ve had with my skin so far is that i started bleeding after hitting a boxing bag with my elbow. I even tried it with the other one too. It’s almost a bit scary to think that someone who regularly hits boxing bags with their elbow suddenly starts bleeding from them both. So that was the last time i used my elbows on any boxing bag. The other one is that I’m now used to having soft skin, so I won’t enjoy touching myself as much. Another place that has seen significant development is my butt. While i cant say for certain, since i doubled my amount of leg exercises, i can confirm that my bosom is currently the biggest it’s ever been.
My upper body is also a lot thinner than before, but thats most likely from not exercising for a month.
Let me know if i should post every 8 month update here or make a new thread when the time comes
