I recently started nbe, but my wife got some cold feet when she saw how many pills I was taking. For now she’s wanting me to hold off on that, but she said she’d be on board with us getting a cream to try from Amazon. There are a bunch, though, and I assume most of them aren’t any good. So if you could pick just one to use with nothing else, which would it be?

As I wrote in my other thread, I'm liking SM Nutrition ESTRO-life cream, which I'm now using daily with SM Nutrition PROGESTO-life cream.  I think these new products are responsible for my latest boob "growth spurt". 

The Amazon reviews are fascinating:  "WOW, it’s like voodoo" and "Do not hesitate. Get this magic cream!"  Someone else said "This stuff should be illegal" so I'm thinking, "Good--maybe it's powerful enough to actually work!" 

That's my experience.  I'd be very interested in knowing what creams others have found to be beneficial.

From what lotus has said unless she has recanted on her previous statements,.one should not use any form of progesterone until after breast growth has started i.e. forming breast buds where there are little nodules growing behind each nipple. 

You may want to look into a cream that contains p.m. or make one yourself.

The iso sentinels cream  I posted earlier contains Volufiline and voluplus, which allows your body to store more fat in the areas where it is directly applied. So it can be used anywhere you want to store more fat like butt and hips if you're trying to get a more feminine figure.  

I have used it for about a week and a half applying twice a day just on my chest. And already I can notice that the siE of my areolas are slightly bigger even when I'm cold and my skin is tight. 

Granted with how much muscle I have and the level of activity I do every day I don't see this being a miracle product. But every little bit helps. I'm looking for more of a female bodybuilder or female fitness/athlete chest ( still muscular up top while having some small to medium size breast ) 

I'd advise use a small amount on a practice patch to make sure you don't have an allergic reaction to it.

Also something I forgot to mention there have been some studies that have found that using progesterone too early can actually cause breast growth to be stunted. So again I'm pretty sure use of progesterone is more commonly used after one has budded and began to have some breast growth.

Biolabs Bi-Est 5.0 (it's cheaper on eBay) contains E2, whereas most other estrogen creams only contain E1.

Good call from the wife. A successful NBE program requires buckets full of herbal capsules over a several many year period.

I agree with Stevenator, get started with Bi-Est 5.0 as source of estrogen. 

I also agree with CM213. After budding, start using Smokey Mountain Naturals Progesto-Life

Dosing schedules: 
You really do not need Progesetrone every day and you can divide it pretty much any way you want to, but if you want some ideas...

This is based on the medical advice for testosterone dosing for males, 5-on/2-off.
Estrogen for 5 days in a row, and Progesterone on days 6 & 7.

Want to get fancy? This somewhat replicates the female cycle.
Week 1,2,3 = Estrogen, Week 3,4 Progesterone

Of course, you must be using some type of AA for all of this to work.

Experiment.

CM213:  Okay, I just went on Amazon and placed an order for IsoSensuals ENHANCE - Rapid-Action Breast Enlargement Cream for Quick Growth using your link.  I'm intrigued by Volufiline and Voluplus.  HelloDiDi says Volufiline works.  I'll let you know how things go once I start using it.  I'm going to use it on my breasts, butt, and hips.

Awesome I hope it works well for you. Again I have only used it for a week application twice a day. It says max results at 6 months. But again that cream was or is recommended for use with programs based off b.o. of you're using p.m there might be a better cream for you to use into conjunction with the p.m. 

The must grow bust web site said that you don't want to use any topicals that could throw off the b.o. chemicaly/hormonally. 

But for all I know it could just be a cream that causes your chest and nipples to firm up for a few hours and that's all. 

I have also only been on b.o. for 8 days so I don't have any real expectations for either. Maybe just placebo affect from the b.o. 

I am also doing an experiment using Volufiline solution for lip enhancement. It is in the transgender subject area where you will find the thread. I have 1 week of using the liquid Volufiline solution off Amazon applying twice daily to my lips to hopefully try to make them bigger/fuller since they are quite thin. I just posted a 1 week before and after photo.
