Just wondering if there was any alternatives to MSM. One of the side affects of MSM is upset stomach and digestive issues. Last time I used p.m. I thought the p.m. caused it, but it could have just as easily been the MSM as well.

Something else that could help build connective tissues and boost HGH? I really don't know, I've been on MSM for a long time without issues so never quite looked into it. But there are stuffs which have similar effect. I've kept MSM going as its such great combined with vitamin D3 and Calcium citrate.

Lara, Ive been trying to research it, and I can't seem to find one natural substance that does everything MSM does. I figured someone on here might know of some alternatives to it.

What comes to connective tissues, calcium, D3, Biotin etc. deal with some of that at least. And growth hormone, there's of course L-tyrosine, GABA, L-carnitine + L-ornithine combo and so on. But MSM has quite unique properties, its also extremely cheap. I get mine from a shop who are selling supplements for pets. Several of their products have a mention "this substance has other uses but we wont discuss it here." Which is pecualir, I bet they're selling the stuff to people and get them cheaper as they're for pets and thus going around bunch of bureaucracy and extra costs.

Lmao. xD Yes, its kinda funny how this store are marketting some things they have... I'm taking MSM sold for horses and dogs. lol.

When I first got started using performance enhancing "vitamins" cough cough, I used to get my supplies from pet stores, until I started getting the syringes online at a way better discount. Lol
