@CM213 I also had a lot of acne at the start of my BO journey. The testosterone you get from exercising is no joke. I even had to stop the regular gym going because I wasted my BO and my face would be filled with active volcanoes. As soon as the gym going stopped, so did my acne. Welcome smooth baby face =)
I don't think I'd ever be able to stop the gym, that's been. A huge part of my life for 24 years. I know I'll prob have to change how I train to lose some of this muscle and try to shrink some. But other than that I could never not go to gym. Lol
@CM213 I feel you on that one. I really wish I could go to the gym while on BO. Although I am doing low intensity exercise while focusing more on mobility at home, nothing really beats physically going to the gym. And I would literally cry if my BO progress would be lost when I go back to the gym. Being feminine is cool and all, but id rather be strong and healthy if I cant have both. Amirite or am I right?
@Benizake,
I think you will be ok. I have been on BO for two years now and am a regular at the gym, on average 4 days a week 1.5 hours a day. I am pretty sure it didn't affect my breast growth or taking on a feminine shape. I can't remember where I posted it here in one of the few threads I started but I am wearing a pretty dress that really hugs my curves, and was very comfortable. Work on glute exercises for your butt and planks for the abs. I also do about 45 minutes of cardio.
@tomi66 I appreciate the encouragement. We'll see what the future holds. Maybe I won't produce as much testosterone after a few more months on BO. But only time will tell.

I think nbe can be affected by the gym and weight training to an extent. Even lean fit women usually have smaller breast, due to the lower body fat they carry (usually, I am stereotyping), women who have some low body fat also have few periods as well, which also plays a role in their development. So as a cis man taking herbal supplements to increase estrogen and trying to stop or lower testosterone without using surgical means or prescription medication, physical activity could stunt the affects of nbe and it's potential again to an extent.
I imagine being on HRT however is a different story. I'm sure the gym or physical activity could not stop the affects of feminizing and breast growth. But again it's all on our genetics as well. Everyone's mileage varies.

Thanks. I think I'm going to reduce the amount im using it. I don't want to over do it. Especially since I have not publicly come out to transition yet either.
