I found a picture of me before ever starting NBE when I had a much stronger chest. I put that picture next to a picture I took today. I stopped taking NBE a while ago. I only wanted small female breasts. What do you think about the before and after?
Here is the picture. The first pic was pre NBE when I was exercising a lot. Right pic is today. About a year since I stopped all forms of NBE. My body has certainly changed. My weight is the same then and now. 175 pounds.

How can you tell when to stop?
thank you. I only wanted small real tissue breasts that I could still go topless and only be slightly noticeable. One day I was using my index finger and thumb feeling how big the buds were. I was taken aback how deep and attached the buds were. I knew for sure these weren't going away. I decided I was at a great spot. I am worried much more growth and I will not be able to go topless without being much more noticeable. So stopped everything. What’s left is what I got.

you are correct! It is so hard to stop. It is like quitting a drug. I still really struggle to not buy another bottle of PM. I would like a little more growth, a little more outward projection. I did order some progesterone cream. Not sure if it will do anything, but I am enjoying the rush thinking it might. I really want to grow my areolas.
The first picture my chest is all muscle. In the second picture I have lost almost all the muscle. The size looks similar, but they feel completely different. My shirts fit differently.
