Side boob

Is there a good way to train side boob tissue to migrate to the front?

Yes. Vacuum pumps help with this with time quite a bit. Also wearing a well fitting bra does wonders, I think it was Valkyrie/Freya who wrote about this quite extensively. I've noted both of these things to make a difference, this is for me very important to deal with as I have super extra wide breast root which goes all the way back behind my armpits. Obviously this trait will last no matter what, but after some years of active vacuum pumping and wearing fitting bras has definitely helped.

Mine are far more centered than before, but obviously there's no way this shape will ever go away as its genetic. Of course surgery could be used to shape them and fat transfers will make even more of a difference.

This is what I mean, my arm is squishing the side in this picture and where the root ends is hard to definite, very typical trait for wide root and shallow projection. Questionably shallow these days as I've grown a lot of projection lately. Well fitting bras are really a lifesaver on this, next one I'll get I will order with shallower but wider cups and wider underwires, perhaps a size or two larger than the cupsize typically has. I'm pretty much forced to wear such bras on which wires sit on top of my sideboob, its not ideas, but otherwise the wires would be really weirdly shaped.

So, get a bra with wide enough wires, then use swoop and scoop method religiously. When its supportive enough, in time it'll start shaping your breasts to become more centered. Also just growing more helps a whole lot. Cool

EDIT:
I forgot to add about bras, get one with wide side panels, the kind which basically makes the band much wider below armpit. Also there are ones which have extra side support panels on the outer side of the cups, these can also be added later on if you're into bra tinkering. I'm supposed to do it for my Ewa bra but laziness might win. I might ask for this when ordering a new one as that'll be completely custom one.

I've read that massaging them helps, look up breast massage techniques, essentially a massage that pushes them in from the armpits.
I try to do c.100/day and I'd say it works but you need patience and dedication as its a slow process!

Great tips! I also have a broad chest and side boob growth.

Some more bra tips for helping with side boob issue.

Get a bra with at least thre hook wide band, more is better. I already mentioned the wide side panels on band and extra side support panels inside the cups. These are typically vertical slices of thicker fabric. Also a neat little tinkering trick would be to attach silicone straps inside the bra on the cup edge on the side. I've had one bra which had this built in, but somebody resourceful could do this to any bra.

Consider sister sizing. Wider band one size smaller than usual (cups one size larger to get to the smae cup volume.) might give extra support, this along with the side support panels might be quite amazing. The idea is to use tricks to create a "push in" effect.

Neat trick with Noogle if you're into it is to use a slim leather belt to tie the cups right next to each other so that they're perfectly in the middle and do not escape to armpits. Make sure that the cup edges wont sit on top of each other, that WILL break the edge at some point. Adjust the belt so there's maybe half inch gap in the middle but no more. Then use lube of some sort on outer boobs so that those areas get pulled in more than the middle and you're effectively making more pull on the sides. I used this extensively when Noogling and it was very helpful.

Then there's the option to do a topical program and specifically aim everything BUT side boob to help development in those areas. Lotus has talked about aiming specific parts with topicals so some digging in project X thread should tell more. I haven't done this as much as my topical concoction is quite a lot of stuff, easily enough for everything, but I have aimed certain parts with dermaroller which appears to be helping, this might help with specific growth on aimed areas, but this is a topic for another day. Wink
