Just thought I’d start a thread to document changes going forward. I posted an introduction about my “Continued Journey with Gynecomastia” in the Introduction Board.
I noticed breast growth about 3 years ago. I had already had surgery years prior to remove tissue and was experiencing regrowth.
I had significant growth this year. The comparison pic is from Jan to March. It was exciting that they were getting fuller. I later found this site and have dabbled in supplements, fenugreek and progesterone cream. I’ll post a current picture below.

On FG my breasts feel heavy and achy. It’s exciting to think they might be growing. They certainly feel fuller tonight. I’m going to commit to stay on it for a while rather than just a couple days at a time.
