Do you happen to know some of the better brands of hospital grade pumps? I’m in Canada and currently have a Medela breast pump but I don’t believe it’s hospital grade.

I'm using a Spectra S2 which is considered hospital strength (270 mmHg).   It's relatively quiet and works great for me.

I use a Spectra Gold, dual pump hospital grade breast pump.

The suction and the rhythm are fantastic! I am being sucked like a hucow.

a. is this effective to grow male breast / enlargement

The Spectra Gold is really pumping me out. It's expensive at about $300 but it's producing boobs for me!

I got a new bra today, 36 DD cup and it's already feeling a bit tight.

You can get different flange sizes: I am already filling the largest size with 1" nipples.

If eBay is available where you are, check there for used breast pumps. I just bought a Spectra S2 Plus on eBay for $30 plus shipping. It arrives today. It doesn't have all of the accessories that a new one would have, but it does have everything I will need. I also bought a set of 6 different size flange inserts on eBay so that I can get the right size for my nipples. I can't wait to use it!! I've had a breast pump before, and I love the feeling!

After reading this thread I decided I'd like to try using the breastfeed pump. I got a Spectra 2 pump and some 10mm adapters. Even the 10mm adapters seem a little too large and are pulling in more of my areola than the demonstration earlier in this thread shows. I have a nipple correction pump so I'm going to try using that before the breastfeed pump. I'm pumping 1 hour on each breast and after about 20 minutes I do feel a pleasant pulling sensation deep inside my breasts. Is an hour on each breast long enough to see results? I have also started taking 3300mg of Fenugreek about 1/2 hour before pumping. I'm also taking 1500mg of BO, PG, MSM, and kelp daily. Any thoughts?

Here's a little update about Spectra 2 pumping..
=> I begun pumping in june 2023 with a 10mm insert (Maymom)
=> In september 2023 I passed to a 13mm insert
=> and since may 2024 I'm on 15mm insert
The growing of areolas and breasts are not impressive, I guess I have a good A cup, I don't take hormones, my breasts are naturals and I love their shape and the way they are reacting to pumping

I have had good results with the spectra also.  I'm using it for 15m x 2-3 times a day in addition to noogling.  I'm using PM on my nipples as lube, then sit back on level 12 and let it works its magic.  I can actually have a hands free orgasm from it if I skip a day or two.

I started with the 13mm inserts, and currently using the 17mm & 19mm inserts.  Both give a very different sensation. 

The inserts came with a nice nipple measuring card.

Anyone know are there nipple massagers that you can use while pumping  breast  fit in cups
