How long should you wait after taking bovine ovarian for a year to start PM

You'd have to listen to your body to tell you what's right or wrong.
I've swapped from PM>HRT>HRT with BO each time without any breaks and for me wasn't a problem.
I guess if you really wanted a reset then I'd suggest 2~3 months gap, but probably isn't a right or wrong answer. But bear in mind that BO doesn't do the same as PM.
Whichever way you choose, good luck with the PM regime.

You could do blood work to check on how your body is doing while you take your break. Also a detox might help move things along quicker.
Maybe do a detox, and break for month and get some labs done before you start, although I'm not sure what good labs would look like other than obviously good liver enzymes, good cholesterol, good blood pressure, etc all the main things they look at. As for estrogen levels they're obviously going to fall a bit, so I wouldn't be too worried about that. But you may want to make sure your test levels are back in normal range since b.o. needs some testosterone to work.
