Hello BN community!
I have finally decided to stop lurking and post about my journey so far. I figured not only will this benefit me with advice, but also hopefully any others out there looking for information. I have been following Lotus's Project X for about 3 months now and have experienced a little growth and definitely new sensations . I am 31 yo, 5"9, 170 lbs and have always had an athletic build with most of my weight in my legs and butt (Thank you genetics lol). When I started experimenting I thought i wanted to achieve around a B cup but we will see. My exact routine is :
Morning and Night respectively:
700 mg of PM Purafem
750 mg of RR
1.5 g of MSM
500 UI of Vitamin D and 400 mg of Calcium
At least 10 mins of massage on each breast per day
at least 5 mins of nipple stimulation on each breast per day
and overall try to follow a lot of dieting advice on here but am by no means perfect
I wish i had some before pictures but i will try to see if i can find one. I have not measured myself at any point but will soon try because i am very curious as i know i have had growth. I will try to upload pictures on here in the next day or so. Please feel free to ask any questions or give any tips on what you think i could improve. Happy to finally post in the community!
