Right yea. I was taking 2x550mg PM/2x500mg Reishi each day. Then drop to one of each still got the headaches. I've been taking these for almost a year now. Didn't have the headaches before. So I don't know might have to say fuck it and stop taking them. Or maybe stop taking them for a little while then try again.

The body is a mysterious thing.
Taking a break is probably the thing.
Maybe look at BO versus PM

Not sure.
One thing for certain is if these head aches continue even after stopping you may want to talk with your doctor.you never know there could be something else going on causing your headaches non nbe related.

Hi Datass
I suffered on these and it caused me a lot of issues, so much so the doctor I am with now went mad when I told him.
PM and RR are okay for some and not others, its how your body copes with something that is alien to you, I am going to quote some members on here - Lotus & Jennifer, they told me slow is the key to your goals and that is low dosage till your body accepts the herbs.
I may suggest that you half your dose for at least a month and then increase a month later, as your body adapts then increase as desired.
I was told take it slow as it is a long haul not a dash, it will take you months to achieve any noticable result.
I am now under the doctor and wish I had done that months ago.
WEll - good luck

I've been on a Bo and rr regimen for about a month now and I do have headaches but they're not bad but I've had a headaches before I was even on the regimen as well so I don't know if it's from traumatic brain injury that I sustained in the Marine corps, if it's just me being dehydrated or hungry especially with how hot it is here in Arizona, or if it is the nbe.
Hopefully I'll be under a doctor's supervision here in a month or so but I slowly increased one pill a week. The first two weeks I stayed at one pill for each I did an increase until the beginning of the third week and now I just started my fourth week.
But again I don't feel their as bad as a migraine or anything like that.

Thanks for the replies everyone. I stop taking them for about 3 weeks now. Headaches gone now. I'm going to try BO at a low dose see how that goes.
