Hopefully I'll be under a doctor's supervision here in a month or so but I slowly increased one pill a week. The first two weeks I stayed at one pill for each I did an increase until the beginning of the third week and now I just started my fourth week.
But again I don't feel their as bad as a migraine or anything like that.
Do you take Pituitary Glandular with Ovarian Glandular? Or just Ovarian Glandular?

Just the Bo for now. I do have the pituitary glad on hand but wanted to wait to add it to the program. Maybe once I feel my current routine stalls out.

I think its logical to have headache for first day or two. You are entering a new hormone into the body. I always seem to get them at start of my cycle, and day after i stop my cycle. I assume that is the inbalance of hormones. Going from testrone to estrone and vice versa.

Datass,
Remember to start slow and increase slowly. Most recommend increasing every month until you reach an optimal dosage. +/- 1600 mg. I ended up taking a higher amount than 1600 mg for about 12 months, just because my body could tolerate it, the effects continued to progress as expected and it felt right .
I started slowly like that with a small amount of PG and never suffered any negative side effects besides the occasional testicular aches and difficulty getting an erection which are a result of low t and increased e. I also ramped down in the fashion before stopping BO and starting Estradiol.
Best of luck on your BO. It opened me up to changes I only thought I could dream of.
