Starting BO with gyno

#1
Wink

Hello,
I(21M) am starting BO soon and I will document the experience of doing BO with pre-existing gynecomastia. I’ve previously taken PM for 3 days and stopped due to other reasons.

I’m confused about the recommended dosage.
I have Swanson BO, Lifeextension WP, RR and estrofem2mg, Spiro100mg (ordered HRT however didn’t feel like I could do it just yet)

With that, I’m open to hearing how I should plan my intake.

PS: I plan on only taking WP+BO but open to suggestions.

Oh wow, you got extremely good starting point. Big Grin I suggest you switch to some other T blocker at some point, there are better stuff than spiro out there. Cypro or Bica might be better. Take estrofem buccal/suglingual, it absorbs nicely like that and it works fast, so lot of ups and downs with it. Obviously I advocate for injections as the best option, but sublingual pills or gel are far easier. Patches are crap and overly expensive.

With BO start low and slowly ramp up your dose. It can work as low as 500mg, but optimal is said to be 1500mg per day. I'm on 2300mg right now and it has felt really good, maybe not necessary to go that high. 1000mg and above is where it really kicks in well.

About your possible HRT, don't do the usual tiny bit of estrogen and boatload of Spiro kinda thing, its not really good. Better to get more effective T blocker which can be taken on tiny doses and if you're on pills, you might want to work up to 6mg per day. Higher likely isn't needed or even good as pills always have quite a bit of liver metabolism involved. If you can, switch to transdermal or injection at some point, those methods are simply better for almost everybody. At some point you might want to consider progesterone.

About NBE, glandulars work fine along with HRT. Amino acids which boost growth hormone and growth factors are defnitely a thing to look into. Also the MSM + vitamin D3 + calcium citrate combo is known to be very helpful. From herbal stuffs you might want to look into prolactin boosting stuffs, don't overlook prolactins role in breast development.

Keep reading, there's crazy amount of good information buried on the forum.  Wink

Hello DiDi,
Thanks a ton for that. I’ve read your thread and i totally am jealous of your girls/puppies.  Big Grin

I want to not do the HRT just yet, trying the just BO route for now. It was really hard acquiring HRT in the first place too.(Shipped from another country). From what I gather,

BO - start with 500mg/day move to 1500mg/d
Anti T - Spiro - move away from Spiro to alternatives ( I think I want to exhaust my current supply first) - 100mg?

Others - MSM - 3000mg/day
Others - Calcium+D3 - OTC dosage
Prolactin - (I’d love to be able to lactate I don’t know how feasible at this stage) - FenuG- ideal dosage - 2500mg/d?

Does this look ok?
Any suggestions from others are also welcome, the more suggestions the better.

Good morning. Hug

Yea, ramp up BO slowly. For example take one more capsule every two to four weeks and see where it works the best and adjust accordingly. I'm not sure how Spiro should be dosed, but obviously do not waste it, you could use it up and then later switch to another blocker. Cypro and Bica are both good alternatives as they work on tiny doses and side effects should be minimal and both can be helpful with breast development.

MSM + D3 + Calcium combo is such a winner, those are recommended doses and close to what I'm on right now. I've tried higher too and I may experiment with it again. FG is fine if you can withstand the stuff or find the version which doesn't stink. Big Grin Milk thistle is also good and the simplest thing ever, oatmeal, oatbread, anything with oats. For me oat is almost better than the herbs.

Lactation using tons of pumping and massage and golactalogues can be done, but it takes quite a bit of work. I've got it working rather well, but not to full potential yet. Although that was my goal to see that I can do it and to help breast development rather than produce a lot of milk. I want to figure out about my potential on that and this will require some more investigation and experimentation. I would be very careful with stuff like Domperidone due to its possible side effects.

I think your plan seems quite good for now.

One more thing to look into at some point might be the topical protocol, but that's quite a piece of work in itself, but something to keep in mind for the future.

Welcome onboard this fantastic NBE ship. you have a brilliant starting point.
All sound advice from Lara, start slow on the BO.
For reference I ramped up BO over a couple of months from 250 a day to 1500mg/day what I am on now.
The rest of my regime consists of Red Reishi as my AA along with HRT gels.
Great starter regime, do remember to listen to your body and good luck.
