Introducing myself as Menina

#1

Hi, My name is Menina,

I born biologicaly a man, but now I am a girl. I'd like to tell you guys a little about how it happens.

My transformation through herbs

I am 50 years old, I decided turn into a girl even not so young. I've always been a bodybuilder for years, so I had a well-shaped body, without fat and with well-defined muscles.. Due to the restrictions in my country for buying hormones and blockers in pharmacies, I decided to go the more difficult and expensive route of using herbs. I bought a bunch of capsules after studying deeply and started taking them, along with the help of progesterone and estrogen creams. Amazingly, after just one month, I noticed a lot of changes in my body. To start with, I gained almost 5kg (fat), which scared me. But I discovered that increased aromatase also increases body fat, but I continued, and soon I noticed that my skin became extremely soft and smooth, my muscles that were abundant after more than a decade of weightlifting disappeared, giving way to fat. At first, I was afraid, but I insisted, and today, after a month and a half, I can clearly see in the mirror that my body is already taking on a more feminine shape. My arms are more rounded, my waist is thinner, my hips and buttocks are more rounded and bigger than ever before. I'm loving all of this.

My breasts started to grow noticeably. My nipples became very sensitive and larger, and the skin of the scrotum became painful to the touch at the bottom. My mood improved significantly, and I have been feeling much more joy and well-being. My desire for women has decreased (I am bisexual). When I masturbate (thinking about men, as always), I started having much more intense orgasms with more semen, the pleasure can be many times greater than before. I am very happy to look in the mirror and see my body already taking on a feminine shape. The only thing that bothers me is the accumulation of fat in the belly, I never had belly fat before. But honestly, it's worth it for all the benefits I've had. I've been feeling much more peaceful, more secure, less needy, less depressed, more self-confident, and more self-sufficient. All this with about 45 days that I started.

Products I use daily:
I don't know if it works for everyone, I followed my instinct and research.
Everyone should follow what they believe is best for them.

  1. Soy isoflavones
  2. Reishi extract
  3. Blessed Thistle
  4. Saw Palmetto
  5. Chasteberry
  6. Black Cohosh
  7. White Peony
  8. Flaxseed
  9. Evening primrose
  10. DGL Licorice
  11. Skin cream with bioidentical estrogen
  12. Skin cream with bioidentical progesterone
I even bought Pueraria Mirifica from some people in Thailand, but it hasn't arrived yet, it's been about two months, so I ended up giving up. Honestly, I don't know if it will be necessary.

So that's it, a little about me and my life. I hope it can serve as inspiration for those who also wish to change, remembering that each person should seek the best way for themselves to achieve the desired changes.

Hello and welcome.

You're not the first bodybuilder I've seen here- not being one, you and the others have taken me by surprise. Just goes to show you never can tell what a person really is or feels on the inside.

I share a couple supplements on your list. The White Peony and the Saw Palmetto.

I have some flaxseed oil, but my reading here I'm not sure flaxseed is good or bad for breast growth. Maybe after I get hold of some hormone creams.

There's a wide range of sexualities here, but that's another thing we have in common- I chose a heterosexual lifestyle, but I'm bisexual, always have been.

This started for me with finally granting myself the breasts I've always wanted, but the more I read here makes me want the estrogen and progesterone creams for more - you aren't the first to say how peaceful and chill this has made you, I'm eager to see if it has the same effect on my mental state.

Glad to see you here and good luck with your program!

Thank you! I honestly think that most of the results come from the creams, because they contain hormones with the same structure as the hormones produced by the body. For me, they had quick effects, which made me very happy. Flaxseed is good because it contains a large amount of phytoestrogen. I also use vitamin D3, selenium and magnesium to support the changes. I have also been drinking green tea, which helps eliminate free radicals and help me lose weight. I am feeling good now, only 1 or 2 kilos over my ideal weight, but I think that a little fat is good, to be gradually distributed to the butt and hips, as time goes by.

Despite being bisexual, I have not had a relationship with anyone for a few years. I am managing to be alone. Sometimes I feel like feeling a man's hug, but it soon passes. I have never had a boyfriend, I have had several girlfriends and a wife. Appearance has nothing to do with who we are. When I was married, I was a faithful member of the church, and very dedicated to my faith. I always dressed very masculinely, until I decided to change the coin. I used to be a Baptist and a Seventh-day Adventist. Today, I no longer go to church because I know that my presence would not be pleasant for most people, but for me, I would like to go. I don't go out of respect for others.

Welcome.  You have a very nice figure.  I am not a body builder but I do spend a lot of time in the gym.  90% cardio / HITT where I am the only guy in the class.  10% still doing strength training.  I am also almost 50.

I have tried the BO / SP route, but after reading these forums have switched to PM / RR and have had good results with mood and skin, a little in the breast department, but I am happy with the changes.  I am getting more on the backside, but I think that is do to exercising with the girls to be honest, they focus on the butt alot.

I recently added MSM, green tea, magnesium, and more fish oil which I think is also helping, per comments in this forum.

I have always been a 7th day member as well.  Having respect for others is fantastic, but I hope you don't stop doing things you love because of how others feel.  You can't control how others feel, and we only have so much time on this rock, so we should enjoy it in my opinion.

Best of luck to you and your journey.

Technically I'm a flavor of Methodist, but I ain't attend any church either.

It gets dicey, that's for sure. I mean, I present and consider myself male(ish) but if I were to begin really presenting femme yeah, church would be an issue. Any church that would be very welcoming to that hypothetical trans me, would probably not line up with the theology I was raised in, either. Feel as if that sort of thing is always all one way or all another with little middle ground. I empathize with you, Menina.

Life is a compromise, and Trayne has a point, too. Trick seems to be navigating between responsibility to others, and responsibility to oneself. Something I reckon most members here have to work out for themselves at one time or another.

Back to tech, yeah I can't wait to get hold of some creams. I'm just one of those here that have to go about it carefully. I can justify my current herbals, but I'll have to be a little stealthy with the good stuff.

thank you! As incredible as it may seem, this photo is from before I started taking the herbs or using the creams. This body was created solely through bodybuilding, without any type of pills, herbs, hormones or anything else. Just bodybuilding. You can't really see it in the image, but despite the feminine appearance of my body, I had a lot of muscle, 13 years of non-stop training, always emphasizing my glutes and legs. It's been three years since I stopped training my upper body, and still the muscles wouldn't go away, so I decided to get rid of them once and for all through the program I'm doing, in just a few days they've withered. My workouts have always been just strength training.

How can MSM help? What is BO/SP and PM/RR?

BO/SP is Bovine ovary and saw palmetto. PM/RR is Purea Mirifica and Red Rishi. Those are common programs.

I was on BO and pituitary glandular for 2 years. I was very pleased with the results but after 2 years I moved on to estradiol and a anti androgen, both pharmaceutical.

It took me many years to become who I am today. It was a very gradual transition. It all started about 15 years ago, when I was in a job line and a woman in the line asked me where my butt was. I was 1.77m tall and weighed 50kg. It was like a plank. That question bothered me a lot. I didn't even know the crazy woman. A few days later, I had a girlfriend who said that when she hugged me, it felt like she wasn't hugging anything. So I decided to start weight training. I gained 10kg in 6 months, then another 10, and another 5 in the next six months. One day, I ran into that girlfriend who had despised me because of my thinness. She and her friends who had also distanced themselves from me were left open-mouthed when they saw my well-sculpted body. One of them even said to my ex: Look what you despised... They were all open-mouthed... It was at that time that I began to realize how worthless it was to fight for women. I had a few girlfriends after that, and it was very easy to get women. They completely deprived me of my freedom, jealousy, obsession... my workouts were focused on legs and butt, until after about 7 years of dating every woman I wanted, I got tired of so much deprivation and decided to be free. I started to focus on changing my body to a feminine one, I changed my workouts, let my hair grow, started wearing short shorts, leggings, tight t-shirts, until I wore a skirt for the first time, my heart almost jumped out of my chest I was so nervous. I went to the supermarket and came back. I liked my body in the mirror, it looked good in women's clothes. So I started to plan how I would change completely, I started in the winter wearing women's coats, when winter ended I started wearing dresses and that's how it was, I bought dozens of dresses and I never stopped wearing them.

Even before I wore my first dress, I left the church because people were already looking at me strangely. A sister even came to me and asked to see my baptism certificate, to confirm that I was really a baptized person. I was, but I didn't want to show it to her. I also didn't feel comfortable when I met a man in the men's bathroom. At the gym, sometimes men would see me and leave because they thought they were in the wrong locker room. So I left the gym too and started working out at home, where I still work out today.

Thanks for the explanation! As you was doing fine with BO, why did you move to pharmaceutical? Do you think that pueraria mirifica and Reishi is enouth to do some changes and mantain? I am using a lot of things, ten diferent kind of pills and hormones creams...

I am not really able to say how well PM/RR works as I have no experience with it, however others say it works great for them.

BO works great. I have no complaints at all. After I get my lab work taken in November I may start a low dose BO regimen.

I switched to estradiol and an anti androgen for two reasons, one, I can get it under a doctors care so they can monitor my hormone levels and two the prescriptions and lab work will be covered under my insurance.

I think over the course of 4 or 5 more years BO would have gotten me to my goals and I could drop down to a maintenance level of BO. Estradiol should get me there in at least 3, maybe less since I have a head start with BO.
