I know I'm the newbie here but let me act like a mod for a moment and run this through Google Translate- I could've swore on my phone that Brave was running translation, but I'm on my private desktop with Firefox and not getting one.

Maybe that'll spur some responses for you.  I can't address much of it, myself, out of your list I take:

Hops 340mg at bedtime sometimes I double up on that but as I also actually use it as a sleep aid I don't want to acclimate myself out of that particular benefit)

FG 3000mg daily.  Seems as if I get happier with the Fenugreek than other peoples' dosages I've noticed- I'm just following the directions on the bottle, which say as a supplement take two 500mg capsules one to three times daily- so I do three times.  Unless one of the really knowledgeable folks 'round here have a compelling argument as to why I'm overdoing the FG, then I reckon you could easily go up on that- I know that one complaint is odor, but aside from burping 'syrup and waffles' for a while after, I haven't really noticed any changes to my body odor or urine- and if I did wind up smelling like maple syrup, all that means to me is I'd be ordering me some of that bacon-scented novelty soap, because I can't possibly think of anything better that I could possibly smell like than maple and bacon      I really don't understand the antipathy to FG's syrupy essence.  All it does is make me hungry for breakfast foods.
