When I was on RR, I took the Hivital brand too and found it working amazingly and the dosing was super easy.
How much D3 + MSM and Calcium you're on? Are you taking enough? D3 can easily be upped to 4000iu while staying on the safe side, MSM at 3000mg (get raw powder, its really cheap!) and Calcium should be in citrate form, I've taken 500mg and 750mg, but not sure if its enough. I'm giving this advice because I've noted a very clear correlation between dosing these three high enough and fast breast development. And skin renewal too, that's partially what boosting HGH and growth factors does and the D3 + MSM + Calcium combo deals directly with that.
Its one of the best and easiest ways to enchance both NBE and HRT programs and also very safe, just make sure you get enough of each to make it work its magic.

Well I'm using WP in place of RR- but like you I've dropped SP for the time being, from reading around here I'm more worried about its anti-estrogen properties, than any possible benefits. Subject to change, of course. I get the feeling until we've solidly budded, we don't need to be doing anything that might decrease estrogen, but I could be wrong about that.

I
really need to get me some MSM and resume taking D3. I have had a D deficiency in the past. Thanks for the advice.

Many thanks Lara, Wonderful to hear that my RR is a good brand.
Actually I'm taking 2 caps of MSM a day that are a total of 1600mg (recommended dose on the bottle)
And one cap of Calcium+Magnesium+Zinc+D3
Each caps are:
Calcium 500mg
Magnesium 200mg
Zinc 5mg
K2 200mcg
D3 20mcg

You can safely bump D3 up to 100mcg (4000iu), MSM can be doubled. About calcium I wish I could give better answer other than what I've tried. Anyway, these dosages are picked straight from Lotus as she's the one who introduced this combo here. I went kind nuts with it, way higher on both and then cycling between that and the recommended doses. MSM is safe to take quite a lot of, but with D3 some care is a good idea as it might become toxic, difficult to achieve, but possible.
Zinc can be taken higher too, but I'm not sure about its effect on breast development. At one point I was taking way too much of it as I had three different supplements which all contained zinc and I ended up with too much. Thankfully it didn't cause problems and then I dropped it much lower. Now I think I get some from multivitamin but that's it.
Anyway, the point being that the recommended doses for the D3+MSM+Calcium exist for a reason and this is one of the best treid and tested NBE items that works really nicely.

The problem with carbonate is worse absorbtion and it might irritate stomach. Both work, but citrate absorbs better. I took carbonate for a long time due availability. Now I've been on Swansons Calcium Citrate for a long time, its quite affordable in iHerb, 250mg capsules in 300pcs bottle so it'll last quite long time too.

Fortunately I've no stomach problems.
By the way... Another "little" question:
If I would switch to BO, is always recommended MSM, Calcium and D3 ? And... With BO is RR useful ?

Yes and yes. The D3+MSM+Calcium combo will work along with bovine ovary really well, it seems like a go to thing on side of any sort of program, be it HRT or purely NBE. Reishi is always useful as it nukes DHT And DHT is the number one enemy of breast development. Obviously just high testosterone is too, but BO should be quite decent aromatase booster and it can also dip hormone balance to our favour. DHT is always a problem that has to be dealt with somehow and RR is good natural ingredient for just that.
It doesn't deal with everything, but quoting from memory its possible to get 80%-95% of DHT levels curbed with RR only. Something like that, this is somewhere in Project X thread.

Great advice from Lara.
You can extra nuke DHT by adding a decent green tea / EgCg supplement. For reference I'm on 1750mg of RR & 3or 4 cups of (decent but supermarket) green tea, which I'm going to swap for Swanson EcGc next iherbs order

Btw, NOW brand EGCG was the one I found to contain least caffeine in it. That's something we don't want to overdo either as it might slow boobs down. Then again I'm a certifies Finnish coffee addict and I have to wear custom bras in less than four years on good HRT program so who am I to say.
RR + EGCG combo should be quite nice over all for keeping T and DHT levels in check. Interestingly on my labs when I was on EGCG and Cypro, that's when I got the lowest T level I've ahcieved so far, so it likely has quite a bit of effect.
