Down Low Puppies

I've made an introductory thread, thought I'd start a program thread.

As the title suggests, my program will hopefully give me some sweater puppies, stealthily.

My current supplements are modest, by design as is the results I hope to achieve. Some 'inadvertent' boobies would become a source of amusement and good-natured jest in the home. Intentionally growing them? Probably a portal to Hell would be opened, all the demons would be let loose, and all life on Earth would end.... 

Well, I don't want to do that!  So I guess I'd better get them by accident! 

I'm already a good candidate for gynecomastia: 60, obese, and I do believe I has andropaused: things don't work as well as they used to and back five, six years ago I had me a series of hot flashes that could've auditioned to be in Menopause: The Musical. This wasn't 'is it hot in here?'. These weren't night sweats. These were 'I'm going to spontaneously combust!', just like flicking on a light switch connected to a blast furnace.

Between the hot flashes, and taking more work to keep things up, and morning reveille only raising the flag to rather half-staff these days, I think it's safe to say my T ain't what it used to be. 

So, I'm thinking I can possibly slide by without the more aggressive- and obvious- substances.  There's nothing I'm currently taking that doesn't have health benefits that are in fact relevant to me, I don't have to hide them, and any breast growth will be gravy- sorry, I meant an unfortunate side-effect:

Saw Palmetto, 900mg once daily (prostate, I'm tired of dribbling)

Fenugreek, 3000 mg split into three 1000 mg doses a day (digestive, my stomach tries to kill me)

Fennel, 1440 mg split into three 480 mg doses a day (blood glucose, I'm pre-diabetic) 


White Peony, 500 mg daily (anti-inflammatory, I'm old)

Hops, 340 mg daily (insomnia, add some melatonin and magnesium and you have a good combo)

Cimetidine, 200 mg daily (GERD, as part of a program to take omeprazole in the morning and the cimetidine at bedtime- studies show great results against wayward stomach acid with a morning PPI/evening H2 antagonist combo, it could literally be any H2 '-dine' medication from what I can tell, but it's cimetidine that has the most anti-androgen properties as far as I can tell, so, cimetidine it is and thus I list it here) 

In addition to those, liberal use of tea tree and lavender essential oils- my skin isn't particularly sensitive to irritants, so I've been applying a drop or two directly on my nipples with absolute impunity. I also as often as I can use them mixed with coconut oil to massage the girls-to-be and help seal my cupping set when I pump, I use tea tree mixed with some alcohol as an antibacterial spray deodorant, at night for relaxation benefits I splash a handful of water with a few drops of lavender onto my chest, I mix the lavender with my shampoo, and I've read lots here about scrotal absorption, so the boys get some essential oils as well, either cut with coconut oil or the infused warm water splash. 

Add to that using whole dairy for those fat-soluble modern dairy farming cow estrogens when I can, eating tofu most times we go Asian... and any other little lifestyle changes I can think of and incorporate. 

Add to that some listening to subliminals- I do sometimes listen to fetish hypnosis files, but more often than not, binaurals that claim to encourage estrogen production.  During the week I'm in the car about an hour and a half each day so that's a good time to be chill with some binaurals.

Well that's it. A modest regimen aiming for modest results. I already have enough fatty breast tissue for a small handful (interestingly unlike most anecdotes here, my right side is more full). I say it's fat, because of the lack of discs under the nips, but sometimes I almost think there's differences in density around the nips. Probably wishful thinking- I won't say I have bona fide boobies until there's unmistakable symptoms of budding. 

Fatty tissue or not, call me in the sub-A cup range, my goal is however much I can get and reasonably explain away with age/weight. First goal is some firm budding, then I'll aim for solid As, then coax the new girls up to maybe B cups and then.... then whatever I do after that. One thing at a time. Right now, just easing into this. I've wanted breasts since puberty, and I think I might be able to finally get away with it.

Starting measurements- using twine and an engineer tape measure.

Not sure I trust this.  Bust 45.3", Band 43.8"  That places me in A-cup range.  Unless I go with the one website that said add four inches to the band size- which no one else does.  I did find a simulator that kinda sorta maybe okay I can see my having As already, but still, it feels like wishful thinking, but the measurements are the measurements.  So that's my starting sizes.

Been slightly (and un-reliably) upping the SP, just feel.. the need?  Don't understand why, a little voice just says, take another.

Been doing some pumping.  Love the way it makes things feel fuller, and my nips just stand out like they got they own zip code.

I'm also suddenly resenting morning wood.  As if my penis has no damn business getting spontaneously hard.  It irritates me.  And it didn't used to.  It's pleasurable, but at the same time, I don't like it.  Hard- and the feeling is that especially spontaneously hard- means testosterone, and I resent having that much T.

Slowly upping some of the supplements. The WP and the SP, by a little. Drinking some soy milk, now. Needed some more FG, the brand I got is a higher per-capsule dose so will be going up or down to stay as close to the current level I've been taking, as I can.

Current dosages. 

FG 600mg x 3 times daily

Total 1800mg daily. Down from 3000mg- I've read warnings that too much FG might inhibit budding. 

Fennel 480mg x 3 times daily

MSM 1500mg daily

(It's actually a MSM/Glucosamine/HCI combo, the MSM content is 1500mg)

Cimetidine 200mg x 2 daily 

I read that it takes 5g/day to trigger gyno, but I have to take something for esophagitis anyway, it may as well be the one with the best track record for gyno. Take OTC Omeprazole in the morning then supplement with cimetidine. I intend to slowly increase the cimetidine to dosages closer to the recommendation for erosive esophagitis (400mg x 4 or 800mg x 2- I still have to satisfy myself that using multiples of 200mg OTC isn't fundamentally different from the prescription strength)

Reishi 500mg x 2 times daily 

The dosage is two capsules, but I space it out based on reading elsewhere that the persistence in the body is short, compared to finasteride. That was from a hair loss website- if spacing it out can help with receding hairline, I reckon no reason not to split the dose up into two times. 

Green Tea extract 500mg daily 

I've been taking 1000mg but read that might be pushing the toxicity limits, so reckon I'll scale that back to 500mg. Figure my liver has enough to do already. 

WP 500mg daily

SP 900mg daily

I started with it, then stopped it, now start it again. My prostate appreciates it. 

Hops, 340 mg daily at night, with magnesium and melatonin. 

DHEA 50mg daily

This is temporary. I'm close to pulling the trigger on Bi-Est 5.0 from Hello Pharmacist. They sell a combo pack with a bottle of  progesterone cream and that's what I'll order- the progesterone for after I bud, but I'll be having to make a drive to an Amazon locker, best to combine trips. I may add a dhea cream to that, or continue with the oral. I just don't see mucking about with herbals and constant oral intake. I may wait until the FG runs out and give that a chance first, but it's my intent to go to the bioidentical cream eventually. I'm curious about the changes Bi-Est might bring about with moderate use.  Not just breast growth but also curious how it effects mood and libido. I would like to see if I actually prefer losing some function and sex drive.
