I've made an introductory thread, thought I'd start a program thread.
As the title suggests, my program will hopefully give me some sweater puppies, stealthily.
My current supplements are modest, by design as is the results I hope to achieve. Some 'inadvertent' boobies would become a source of amusement and good-natured jest in the home. Intentionally growing them? Probably a portal to Hell would be opened, all the demons would be let loose, and all life on Earth would end....
Well, I don't want to do that! So I guess I'd better get them by accident!
I'm already a good candidate for gynecomastia: 60, obese, and I do believe I has andropaused: things don't work as well as they used to and back five, six years ago I had me a series of hot flashes that could've auditioned to be in Menopause: The Musical. This wasn't 'is it hot in here?'. These weren't night sweats. These were 'I'm going to spontaneously combust!', just like flicking on a light switch connected to a blast furnace.
Between the hot flashes, and taking more work to keep things up, and morning reveille only raising the flag to rather half-staff these days, I think it's safe to say my T ain't what it used to be.
So, I'm thinking I can possibly slide by without the more aggressive- and obvious- substances. There's nothing I'm currently taking that doesn't have health benefits that are in fact relevant to me, I don't have to hide them, and any breast growth will be gravy- sorry, I meant an unfortunate side-effect:
Saw Palmetto, 900mg once daily (prostate, I'm tired of dribbling)
Fenugreek, 3000 mg split into three 1000 mg doses a day (digestive, my stomach tries to kill me)
Fennel, 1440 mg split into three 480 mg doses a day (blood glucose, I'm pre-diabetic)
White Peony, 500 mg daily (anti-inflammatory, I'm old)
Hops, 340 mg daily (insomnia, add some melatonin and magnesium and you have a good combo)
Cimetidine, 200 mg daily (GERD, as part of a program to take omeprazole in the morning and the cimetidine at bedtime- studies show great results against wayward stomach acid with a morning PPI/evening H2 antagonist combo, it could literally be any H2 '-dine' medication from what I can tell, but it's cimetidine that has the most anti-androgen properties as far as I can tell, so, cimetidine it is and thus I list it here)
In addition to those, liberal use of tea tree and lavender essential oils- my skin isn't particularly sensitive to irritants, so I've been applying a drop or two directly on my nipples with absolute impunity. I also as often as I can use them mixed with coconut oil to massage the girls-to-be and help seal my cupping set when I pump, I use tea tree mixed with some alcohol as an antibacterial spray deodorant, at night for relaxation benefits I splash a handful of water with a few drops of lavender onto my chest, I mix the lavender with my shampoo, and I've read lots here about scrotal absorption, so the boys get some essential oils as well, either cut with coconut oil or the infused warm water splash.
Add to that using whole dairy for those fat-soluble modern dairy farming cow estrogens when I can, eating tofu most times we go Asian... and any other little lifestyle changes I can think of and incorporate.
Add to that some listening to subliminals- I do sometimes listen to fetish hypnosis files, but more often than not, binaurals that claim to encourage estrogen production. During the week I'm in the car about an hour and a half each day so that's a good time to be chill with some binaurals.
Well that's it. A modest regimen aiming for modest results. I already have enough fatty breast tissue for a small handful (interestingly unlike most anecdotes here, my right side is more full). I say it's fat, because of the lack of discs under the nips, but sometimes I almost think there's differences in density around the nips. Probably wishful thinking- I won't say I have bona fide boobies until there's unmistakable symptoms of budding.
Fatty tissue or not, call me in the sub-A cup range, my goal is however much I can get and reasonably explain away with age/weight. First goal is some firm budding, then I'll aim for solid As, then coax the new girls up to maybe B cups and then.... then whatever I do after that. One thing at a time. Right now, just easing into this. I've wanted breasts since puberty, and I think I might be able to finally get away with it.
