Latest update with noticeable continued fullness, especially when cupping & massage. My profile in the mirror is becoming unmistakable with obvious projection. Little gains like this are always a thrill.
Current program is 6mg Estogel, 25mg Bicalutamide and 200mg Endogest (Progesterone).
I've dabbled recently with DMSO w/ Progesterone used topically, and I do believe this holds promise, and Lotus & Lara are also showing success with adding this to their program.

I believe the information about DMSO that I dug up is correct, at least according to my experience on it during the almost five months. At least its absorbing properties are undeniably helping with topicals by a lot. And progesterone & DHEA are well established to work wonders by now.
I'm not surprised in slightest that you're seeing development showing up. Just wait until you get to see what EV injection will do, you might fall in love with it.

I had my 2nd dose of EV yesterday. The initial rush of estrogen euphoria has faded, and I barely even noticed it at all yesterday. I've been told that this is normal.
With the first dose, I noticed swelling in my breasts within the first few hours. On days two & three came more intense swelling and on day three I had intense growing pains behind both nipples simultaneously, which was almost an orgasmic dream-like sensation.
I hadn't noticed that intense growing pains in years, and certainly never with both breasts at the same time. It was quite the enjoyable experience.
With my 2nd dose so far there seems to be a steady swelling, albeit quite stealth in manner. One thing I've learned over the years with nbe/hrt feminization is that many changes that happen in real time are not obvious, as hrt works its magic sometimes in silence.
I'm still using DMSO+P4 every other day and with each passing day I find myself looking forward to my next dose of EV. Here's to bigger boobies in the long run!

Its going really well for you. That estrogen high from injection might show up from time to time but since you've been on HRT for a long time by now, its likely not that dramatic. And it does sooth out with time. The swelling effect afterwards is interesting, I notice that too, usually the day after near when EV peaks, boobs get a little boost. Then they flucutate a bit smaller just before next injection.
Lot of the changes are subtle, especially face changes. But it adds up and then comes sudden realisation that you've become a long way.
Keep updating about DMSO, its interesting to have someone else too on it.

WOW! That's very noticeable swelling compared to 1.5 weeks on the 11th, congrats! It's impressive that they hang lower after just 12 days. I remember feeling swelling when i started on EV from oral, but i don't remember it being quite that impressive.
Side note, have you noticed more "elasticity" or sagginess from using the p4 and DMSO topical blend? Also, are you still using DHEA with that?

Thank you Aria, but I've always seemed to have an issue with tubular breasts. I blame this on using too high a dose of PM early on, and carrying too much body weight, too. Both of which raise E1 and too high of E1 can lead to tubular breasts. At least that's my understanding of it.
In 2021 after a year of sitting on my ass all day through the pandemic lockdowns, and having a poor diet, I saw my weight balloon to 300 lbs. Knowing that excess weight is an enemy of breast growth and being fat just is not good at all, I started the Keto diet in earnest. Within a short amount of time, I dropped 40 lbs.
The thing with this, is it was pretty much water-weight, and I still carried a lot of visceral fat. Without major exercise, diet alone takes forever to get rid of visceral fat.
I've got a bad knee, and even doing normal chores here on the homestead farm can have me limping after a few short hours, so I've stuck to the diet ever since I started, and have skipped the recommended High Intensity Interval Training aspect of weight loss.
Consequently, I stayed at 260 for the next 2.5 years. Even with the Keto diet, it has been frustrating. I haven't tasted sugar since starting the diet. We cut out all simple carbs, and we have a primarily meat and vegetable diet. Zero seed oils, we use only verified extra virgin olive oil, grass fed butter and locally raised grass fed beef & pork. Our chicken is sourced from a known local supplier and I raise chickens myself for eggs. I really don't want to have to raise meat birds, to be honest.
About a month ago or so, I was thrilled to see that weight slowly starting to come off. There was a steady drop from 260 to 250, but then I hit another plateau and stayed at 250 for a couple of weeks.
For whatever reason, my appetite has been non-existent for the last week. I kind of doubt that it is related to my starting EV, but that's when it seemed to start happening. I'm just not as hungry as I used to be. For the last few weeks I've been easily doing OMAD, (One Meal a Day), with zero issues. I've kind of made a game out of it, so to speak. When serious hunger finally kicks in, that's when growth hormone kicks in as well. Usually the hunger pangs last about 30 minutes and if you can get through that, then you can go a few more hours. So, that means more calories getting burned and the double fun knowing that you're also boosting growth hormone. This morning I was thrilled to see that I'm down to 245 pounds. I'm going to try to keep this streak alive. So right now, I've lost 55 lbs since I was at my heaviest.
As far as the current progress with EV goes, I'm not sure what to say except for reporting observations. Obviously I'm hoping the EV will help out with the tubular issue. I am seeing some progress with top breast, but I've never had any under-boob since beginning. I'm not going to beat myself up over this because by now, it is what it is.
What I am seeing is major projection growth happening. My nipples are distended and feel like there's a ping pong ball behind each one, which I know means growth. The weird thing is, they seem to be growing down lol. But, any growth is better than no growth, and I'll take what I can get. They look better in a bra now and projection is obvious in a t-shirt and that makes me happy. We'll see where it leads in the end. I'm slated for my third injection in a couple of hours and I'm looking forward to that.
As far as any elastic sagging as you say from DMSO+P4, I'm not really sure how to respond. My last posted photo was taken immediately after waking. I'm not sure about anyone else, but myboobs get elastic after reclining and/or sleeping. Before the photo was taken, they were distended. With simple massage, they retract rather quickly. It's kind of odd. In comparing a retracted photo to another retracted photo from a few days ago, was almost indistinguishable. The last photo posted was sort of a happy medium. They still felt full and I think they look good when in their in-between state.
I'm 62, and I know mine aren't beautiful. It could be the previous E1 issue, it could be from the lack of a proper AA for many years. I didn't start using RR until a few years ago, and only started using Bicalutamide a few months ago. It could be my age, it could be the lack of growth hormone availability, who knows. Regardless, I'm still on a quest for them to get as big as possible. They're not pretty, but I love them.
As far as DMSO goes, right now I'm using DMSO+P4 every other day. I'm targeting it in the under-boob and interior side-boob area. I am noticing some swelling after application, but I feel most of my recent gains are from EV.
When DHEA Cream first came on our radar at BN last year, I was sourcing it off eBay for $15 and I got five bottles and never paid more than $20. Now I can't find it anywhere for less than $50. It's nuts. Perhaps Lotus started a trend within the trans community lol. I wouldn't doubt that in the least, tbh.
I'm still very much interested in adding DHEA+RC to my topical regimen, but I have yet to study it enough to ensure proper absorption with granulated capsules. I'm unsure if this is an option, but I'd like to start within the next couple of weeks.
I will say that I really enjoyed the 50mg Bicalutamide. I split it in half and took 25mg every other day. Bica is known to be potentially hard on the liver, and this was an easier and more manageable dose for me. I had zero issues with that dosing regimen and I really liked the way I felt and how my breasts responded.

Btw, the one DHEA I linked not long ago absorbs perfectly. The link is in my thread on the list of stuff for topical protocol. That one mixed with prog and estriol creams and DMSO, it just disappars into it, none of it is left next morning, it absorbs that well.
