Current program is 6mg Estradiol Valerate split 3mg, dosed every 3.5 days. 200mg Micronized Progesterone dosed rectally every night. Also taken every night is DHEA 25mg, MSM 3,000mg, GABA 1,500mg, Milk Thistle 1,000mg, 3 droppers of Red Clover Extract.

Topical Protocol currently is twice a week on EV injection days: DMSO, 200mg Micronized Progesterone split between each breast. 25mg DHEA capsule split between each breast, One dropper of Red Clover Extract on each breast. Post Topical Protocol is a shot/gulp of premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

Photos are one taken two nights ago and then today about two hours after injection and Topical Protocol. The swelling is amazing haha!

Looks amazing, I'm still in awe of your super fast flucutation after EV injection, its just crazy how you react so quickly and strongly to nothing but peaking estrogen levels. Amazing, my fluctuations are much slower and not as extreme.

Topicals work absolutely magically well. I have settled for 75mg on DHEA now, but I could drop it to 50mg and probably get similar results. I noticed how DHEA always works its thing, but changing dose only changes the pace a bit, larger dose makes it a bit faster and otherwise it works the same. Likely a bit less is better as time is always the best multiplier usually.

Btw, your 3mg twice a week is very close to what I am on, I'm taking 3,2mg twice a week. I hope it works out well, its very likely to give you decent levels as Lenas EV is potent.

To be honest, these fast changes I'm experiencing is mainly due to The Topical Protocol by Lotus®. EV injections alone, which are vastly superior to PM, E2, 17b, etc, have made a tremendous difference in my progress. I've had constant growth ever since switching to EV two months ago.

But topical application is what makes the most dramatic visual impact. Things do settle down after a few hours and go back to normal, but post-application my breasts feel delightfully heavy. It's divine.

Currently I'm only doing topical on injection day, mainly because it's time consuming and slightly messy, but I'm evaluating if I should increase this to every other day or continue with my current twice a week schedule.

Fantastic growth Stevenator, and love the areolas.
I do my topical daily and yes its a bit of a faff and mess, but I've got it down to a tee which makes a big difference.
They do say to rotate where you do topical such like Oestrogel etc because of dermal overload, so maybe every other day might be a god compromise.
Either way keep up the regime as it is clearly working
