Ophelie's trials

#1

Hi everyone.

I have always wanted to improve my natural 38B breast which have been accompanying me for the last few decades (I am 51 now). I came across this website last spring and to say that it has been a source of inspiration is a bit of an understatement...

I have tried several things. Some PM (Ainterol's) to begin with. However, it give me sometimes so weird feelings like tingling in my hands and on my scalp. So I freaked out a little bit. Now, I am taking daily about 2000-3000mg of fenugreek along with saw palmetto (320-640 mg) and DIM (100-200mg). The quantities vary as I am not always alone at home...  Big Grin

I also (irregularly) pump with Noogleberry, but I am almost filling the L cup now. XL cups are on the way.

It is now nearly my 5th month. And some day I think I see a difference and when I look at my pictures, I am almost disappointed.

Anyhow, here are some pics dating from last June and todays pics will be posted next. Maybe you'll see something.

And here is today's result (sorry I didn't shave...  Big Grin )

Both with a full 38B bra and without. All that after pumping for half an hour.

I think I am progressing, but am now quite so sure...

They're lookin' good to me.

I remain wishy-washy on Saw Palmetto.  I started out taking it, then from reading around here I get worried that it might prevent me from budding.  I was taking as much Fenugreek as you, but also again, from reading, I worried it was too much, and have backed off to just under 2000mg/day.  If I manage to bud, I'll look at upping my dose on the FG.  I think I read it was something to do with FG having a progesterone-like effect (or synthesis?) at too high a dose.  After I bud, then I'll try upping it back up to 3000-3600mg/day, assuming I haven't simply given in and gotten some Bi-Est cream (very likely I will do that, if logistics allow).

Do you think the Saw Palmetto has made a positive difference for you?  My prostate misses me taking it, but I thought I'd read it has weak anti-estrogenic properties.  Do you feel the DHT suppression outweighs any minor hits to estrogen production?  I'm tempted to go back to it.

Regarding Saw Palmetto, I haven’t seen any difference, but that’s probably because I never tried without. Given your comment, I will probably reduce the dose to one pill a day instead of two. And as I am nearing the end of my DIM supply, I am thinking about using Red Clover as an Anti androgen.

I also use BiEstro cream both topically and some times rectally along with progesterone cream on the right breast which is slightly smaller.

I think I am seeing small changes, but I must admit I started with some advantage due to a possible imbalance during puberty. I used to be almost ashamed of my babies. But I now live with a very supportive woman. That’s quite a change…

Those here with supportive women are very fortunate indeed.

Well, don't take my word for the SP, but I did read it somewhere here on BN about it. I'm back to using it myself, at the dosage on the bottle, but not more. It was definitely helping with my prostate, so, doing its anti DHT thing, and I've noticed a difference being off it, and decided well, less DHT with the SP so I'll chance the anti estrogenic part for now. I'm still learning and I'll read conflicting things.

I think it’s coming up quite nicely and I love that bra. I got fitted by a very nice lady in Brooklyn some time ago and now I am much better at shopping for bras. That one is a 38C. Just need to loose some weight further down my waist though…

Oh I like that bra! Is that a little pink with the blue?

And I've already changed my mind again on the SP and stopped it again...
