Welcome aboard, as Tommi has said, it's a long slow process and everyone reacts differently on BO. Also remember we can't pick and choose what we get!
For bigger butt I'd recommend adding some butt/thigh exercises as these really can make a difference, just search for fem butt/thigh workout as there's tons of brill exercise routines and many from lovely ladies who have transitioned.

For pictures, just reference some of our lovely members for what to types of pics to post- see Nadi, HelloDidi and any of our long standing members, I'm sure you will get a good handle on what is acceptable or not.

Hello and welcome!

Nice photos- I envy that butt and wish mine looked that good.  I'll be one of the ones watching to see how you do on BO- it's something I've considered but I still am a bit gun shy on pulling that trigger yet.  The hip pain- is it exacerbated by walking, or more of a constant ache?

Hi Wee2er,

Thank you for your input. I will start some leg workouts this week to add to my hopefull development.

I will check out those posts, I did dress up this weekend and felt I looked the most feminine I have ever looked.

Hi Jessi,

I get being gun shy.. it’s hard to commit to something with such various results.

The ache is constant and hurts when I sit. Walking doesn’t make it worse though.

Also noticed moisture on my thighs yesterday which wasn’t that pleasant..

Will keep the updates coming.

Thanks for the reply sweetie, appreciate it. 

I'm drawn to it despite (or because of, even) the seeming unpredictability as to how much each person responds to it, but I have a pretty active job and I'm on my feet nine hours at work. Muscle loss and hip pain are things I have to factor in, my job wears me out as it is. I'll probably just start with Bi-Est and Progesterone creams and do those for a while first, but I'm very interested in your progress with the BO and wish you the absolute best! I'll be following your journey with interest.

Hi Jesse,

I get the muscle loss I don’t want that either.. I love being able to pass as both when I want to and I associate bigger arms with the ability to do that.

I missed my morning 1000mg yesterday so I did 1500 at night with fenugreek and sp I’m not sure if it was correlated but I couldn’t sleep and was supper hot all night. 

I have constant hip pain atm and like it.

I’m going to lower my dosage to 1750mg spread throughout the day.

250mg in the am 500mg at lunch and 1000mg before bed with sp and omega 3.

I will only do the first 2 doses if I get up early enough to workout as a motivator.

I'm obviously not taking BO, but I
I sometimes wonder if the FG I take (3000mg/day) causes me to be hot. I'm hot natured anyway so it's hard to tell.

Hi All,

So for an update here.. I stoped on September. 13th as my knees were very sore. 

I just started again 2 days ago from pictures it loools like my breasts have grown a bit.

My new dose is 1 pill a day and ramping up some days just cream, I do think they are getting nice enough for convincing crossdressing I don’t know how far I will want to go but just evening the breasts out now would make me happy.

What do you think here’s a month ago and now..
