Hi everyone, three months ago I’ve started taking PM and RR, actually I’m on PM 1000mg a day and two weeks ago I’ve started the budding…. I would like to switch to BO to have more feminine hips and butt…. The question is: what should be the best way to switch from PM to BO after the budding phase is completed ?

Stop PM and start BO, its really that simple. Or if you want to do a receptor reset, take a break for two to four weeks and then start again? I would just stop PM, introduce BO by one capsule at a time and add one more every week until you reach your desired dosage. Something like that, no time wasted and not taking both on full dose at the same time.

Thank you Lara. Budding stage should be during about a month, I’m right ? Switching to BO could be an idea reduce PM to 500 for a week or more ?

Personally I would suggest you stick with PM until budding is done. The last thing you want to do is to stop it and leave it incomplete as this could slow growth later on. If you are budding, then PM is working for you and there is no reason to change now.
Once your breasts have stopped changing (no more nodules behind your areolas and no more pain) then you can reconsider your program and start a different type of estrogen. I wouldn't say that you need a reset period between PM and BO and, actually, if you are happy with how your body is feeling right now (libido etc...) I would avoid taking a break.
In short, don't fix what is not broken. If your current phytoestrogen levels are working for you, don't modify what you are doing.

Maybe I’ve explained me not in the right way… I will continue with PM until budding is completed. My question was about the correct system of switching between PM and BO and if it could be a problem after the budding phase. By the way, fortunately at downstairs all the things works well and my fiancée is happy and likes my little boobs too

About BO dosage I think I'll stay on the lowest and see what happens... I'm not looking for very big boobs, I prefer slow growth and reach hourglass figure

When I started HRT, I didn't take any break between at all, just stopped PM and started the real stuff. There's a cool thing about breast development, tissue development will not be lost once its there. Break between or not. Hourglass figure is all about genetics, exercise and hormone balance to get the fat distribution happening. On this BO might be a great idea as it makes weight gain much easier and it absolutely does load up lower body quite a bit.
About dosing, 500mg and higher seems where it starts to work quite nicely. Don't worry about it being too fast, nothing will be too fast on these things, you will have time to assess the situation in case you get quick changes.

I'm not able to resist, so I've just ordered Swanson's BO on IHerb site (on original site is not available), it will arrives at the end of October... I hope that for that day my budding could be completed...
New adventure starting....

There's no harm or loss in going straight from PM to BO, however, I find that a 1-wk break off everything every so often feels beneficial as when I get back on my regime things do seem to kick in more.
From my experience it took way longer to properly bud than 3-months when was on PM, so I'd suggest don't try rushing the process, you need to be in it for the long haul. Good luck.

One more fact about breast growth... What ever breast tissue you have developed already, that will not magically go away. Fat cells can get smaller by weight loss, there might be ahtropy I guess if you would go full on T dominance, but what you've grown already, is there for life.
Also, if taking a break slows you down or growth stops, don't worry, it'll start again once you introduce correct hormone balance to get it going again. I've had multiple starts and stope when I was on and off on PM before HRT, never stopped anything, never slowed down anything.
