Hey everyone,I wanted to share a bit about my journey here, not just for my own progress but also to give back to this amazing community that’s been a source of information and support.
I'm 27-year-old, around 60-62 kg (132-136 lbs) and 182 cm (about 6 feet) tall. My starting measurements are: 92 cm across the chest, 85 cm under the chest, and 92 cm around the hips.
I initially began with herbal supplements—900 mg of red clover, 500 mg of saw palmetto, and 500 mg of white peony every day. I was about 40 days on this herbal routine, but so far, I hadn’t noticed any major changes. Maybe my expectations were a bit high, but I was hoping for something at that point.
I decided to add Bovine Ovary (BO) to my regimen. I started BO just two days ago with 250 mg daily, and I started noticing some sensations in my nipples that are hard to explain right away. It’s almost like an odd tingle—a mix of soreness and sensitivity. I know it’s early, but it’s an exciting sign that something might be happening!
I’m especially lucky because my girlfriend is fully supportive of this journey, and it means the world to me. With her by my side, I feel even more motivated to keep going, be patient, and see where this journey takes me over the next few months. Fingers crossed for some budding soon!
I’ll keep updating on here as I go. Thanks to everyone in the forum for your advice and encouragement.
