Greetings and salutations!
Yes, it's me.
Huggy!
For the more seasoned traveller on BN and who might just remember me? I am back!
For those who have joined more recently. Hi.
Perhaps a little catch up about myself and why I disappeared?
I am 66 years young, and in the UK that means I am now a p*nsi*n*r!
How that happened I don't know? It definitely snuck up without me noticing?
For a number of decades I have been trying to live with M.E/C.F.S, or chronic fatigue.
I was actually doing pretty well in my recovery? When around the tail end of 2019 I had a major relapse.
It was not pretty!
And basically, I retired to my comfy chair, drew the curtains and let the world go by.
But what few brain cells that were still functioning I focused on trying to find out what on earth is happening to me?
What is happening to us?
And as our dear Lotus knows all too well? You start pulling on threads, all sorts of things come to light!
Happy to report that I am now well along in my recovery. Still a little way to go? But more confident now that I will get there.
My background is engineering. And that does cultivate a mental disciple when "fault finding".
If you can't find the fault? There is little point trying to fix it!
Or.
To apply that principle to health?
If you don't know what is actually causing the ailment that is... uh... ailing you?
Suppressing symptoms may give you some relief?
But NOT get you well!
Why am I pushing this point?
Because I am now convinced that just about all the sickness and disease that is plaguing us has basically just three underlying causes.
Toxins.
Cellular malnutrition.
Parasites.
Let's just say that I have some bombshells lined up for you!!
Going to leave it there for now. But just to say... HUGGS all round!
(Especially for Lotus)
