I've been able to do 24 hour fasts for the last month, no problem. I'd love to be able to do an extended fast, because that's where the healing magic kicks in. I've never liked going to bed hungry, so I'm sticking with the 24 hour regimen.
I've never been able to keep up with the wife's recipes, but there are tons of keto recipes available online. Just try to keep your daily net-carb intake below 25 grams.
One recipe trick she uses that might be common knowledge for more established cooks, is using beef broth in soups & stews. It's not really a keto item, but it really kicks up the flavor of some recipes. It takes a meal from yummy to OMG Delicious.

We stopped using synthetic fertilizers in the garden a few years ago, only chicken manure now. No more organic pesticides in the garden, either.
The funny thing about that is organic pesticides barely even work. What does work and it works very well is Diatomaceous Earth. That stuff is great, plus it also has healthy properties, too.
Another thing we've done is that we got rid of all our plastic food storage containers. We switched to all glass. No more plastic kitchen cooking spoons & spatulas. Most of our stove-top cooking is in cast-iron or Revere cookware. I'm "this close" to getting rid of any polyester clothing items, too.
I made a loaded omelette for dinner tonight. That's one thing I'm good at cooking. I weighed 236 today. The pounds keep coming off.

It's been a busy couple of weeks around the homestead here lately, and I've only used P4 once and the topical protocol once, too. For that, I've thought my progress suffered but this morning I thought that they looked good enough to share.
I've just finished my first vial of EV, and I stay amazed at this stuff. It's truly incredible.
Thank you, Aria. Tomorrow is an EV Day, and I'm looking forward to getting back on the Topical Protocol. Since I've acquired RCE+DHEA, using them with DMSO+P4 should make an excellent massage oil.
One reason one breast droops a little in my estimation is it doesn't get the equal amount of massage that the other one gets, due to the way I lay in bed and massage when I read. We'll see.
The last couple of weeks have been stressful with all the crazy shit going on in NC/FL + the insanity of the election, but also I've been doing OMAD for six weeks now and quite frankly I've been getting tired a lot more easily here lately. I've got a project going on right now down in the food storage cellar, and hopefully that'll be completed soon.
I've felt fairly regular growing pains the last couple of weeks and this morning was a pleasant surprise. Of course I'd love to get as big as Lotus or Lara, although I'm not sure that'll ever happen, but the more bigger they get, the more better I feel about myself. I absolutely love myboobs and I do hope they get more bigger.
