HUGGY is back!

#1

Greetings and salutations!
Yes, it's me.

Huggy!

For the more seasoned traveller on BN and who might just remember me? I am back! Celebrate
For those who have joined more recently. Hi.Smile

Perhaps a little catch up about myself and why I disappeared?
I am 66 years young, and in the UK that means I am now a p*nsi*n*r!
How that happened I don't know?  It definitely snuck up without me noticing?

For a number of decades I have been trying to live with M.E/C.F.S, or chronic fatigue.
I was actually doing pretty well in my recovery? When around the tail end of 2019 I had a major relapse.
It was not pretty!
And basically, I retired to my comfy chair, drew the curtains and let the world go by.
But what few brain cells that were still functioning I focused on trying to find out what on earth is happening to me?
What is happening to us?
And as our dear Lotus knows all too well?  You start pulling on threads, all sorts of things come to light!

Happy to report that I am now well along in my recovery. Still a little way to go? But more confident now that I will get there.

My background is engineering.  And that does cultivate a mental disciple when "fault finding".
If you can't find the fault? There is little point trying to fix it!

Or.
To apply that principle to health?
If you don't know what is actually causing the ailment that is... uh... ailing you?

Suppressing symptoms may give you some relief?
But NOT get you well!

Why am I pushing this point?
Because I am now convinced that just about all the sickness and disease that is plaguing us has basically just three underlying causes.
Toxins.
Cellular malnutrition.
Parasites.

Let's just say that I have some bombshells lined up for you!!

Going to leave it there for now. But just to say... HUGGS all round!

HEY HUGGY !

So good to hear from you again.
Funny, I have found that when people vanish around here most are afraid to ask where they went. and when they reappear. There is a huge collective sigh of happiness.
And I hope you heard the one for you.

As an engineer also and a notorious Mr/Ms fixit. I have the same approach to the WTF's of my aches and pains, and it seems that what we put in our bodies, is our problem.
For me, as my weight increases the worse I feel and its tough to get the lbs off.
At the moment I am doing great and some how I need to keep the weigh off as I move to the less active winter months.

Anyway I'm very happy to see you back again and having some fun too.

Hi Kay and Bobbi

Someone remembered me!  Celebrate

And such a nice welcome back too! Thanks. Big Grin

The timing of my relapse was really weird!
Just as everyone else spiralled into the crazy that was covid.  I was distracted and oblivious!
I was either curled up in my comfy chair dozing?  Or bashing away at my keyboard investigating why I tanked again?

Yeh, once an engineer, always an engineer!  And that method of thinking becomes a very handy discipline when applied to other problem solving?

Learned a heck of a lot!  And interestingly, trying to work out covid gave me some insights into my own problems?

Going to stick my neck out here.  But I have come to understand that the vast majority of what ails us has basically just three root causes!
Toxins (environmental and pharma).
Cellular malnutrition (you can be fat but your cells starving!).
And... (wait for it?)... parasites!

And to be even more controversial!  Much of it is by design! [Image: angry.gif]
But that really is a whole other subject!

Going to take quite a while to collate what I have learned.  But I can now say I am definitely on the mend.
And I will be sharing what I can here?

A lot of poorly going around nowadays.  But there are things we can do!
And if we can raise a smile or two along the way?  Even better?

May the sharing of Huggs be to infinity and beyond![Image: hug.png]
