Happy Kekri everybody. That's what its called in Finnish, funny how our ancient tradition holds similar themes and ideas for the holiday, I guess all European Samhain parties have similar roots...

And I'm going to work my ass off with firewood today, then some candy and good food and maybe wine. Probably there wont be any little ghosts or witches knocking the door as my location is kinda middle of nowhere. This American Halloween stuff has been slowly creeping to Finland too and some people have totally picked it up as a fun party thing, I know some people who don't like it but hey what's better than an excuse to dress up and have fun.

My ex gf from 15 years back always did her birthday as a Halloween party as timing matches, I had so much fun. One time a mutual artist friend tried to dry some weed in the microwave, drunk moron didn't realise it would all burn and result into a massive cloud of smoke which resulted into everybody being high as a kite, including those who don't ever touch weed. It was hilarious. All food did a quick Copperfield within next half an hour.

I'm laughing my socks of with that Lara, what a party weed in the microwave, absolutely fantastic hehe.

I've just been at aqua aerobics and most got into the Halloween spirit with scary / daft perched on their heads lol
