Hi everybody, I’m looking to start a regiment properly in the next couple of months (tried PM alone at the start of the year and got disheartened); I was wondering if anybody can suggest where I can pick up AAs online? 

I’m think red reishi but haven’t found it in health shops around me (Ireland), I’m open to other AA suggestions. 

I was also wondering if ainterol.eu is still good for PM?

Hi, I’m using Hivital Reishi 10000mg from Amazon and for me it seems it’s working very well.

Red reishi is available from lots of UK place, but they differ in quality look out for the ones with the highest polysaccharides. I've been using British Vitamins for well over a year and I find these the best.
