Switching to topical

#1

In the past I used PM, I think I went too hard at it, but noticed my testicles felt as if they were almost shrinking to nothing.

I've just recently started on an Prog oil 4mg per drop topical per the bottle, (6 drops per dose). Carrier is coconut oil mostly along with some vitamin e, I think.

I also started using a PM breast cream (2 doses per day on chest covering both fatty and non fatty regions hoping to quicker absorption and some delayed absorption.

I have been alternating application sites between chest and crotch areas for the prog.

On my 3rd day for the prog, 2nd week for the PM.

I've stopped PM tablets once I started on the topical regime, was on 750mg tablet twice per day 1st week, but I only ever felt a little something one night I woke up at 12am (3-4 hours after taking my evening pill) and couldn't sleep due to manic type energy like I drank multiple energy drinks.

Will probably stick to purely topical for the time being to see where it goes.

I haven't been massaging too much as in the past as I mistook swelling for developing...

Chest feels denser behind nipple, conical bud doesn't disappear when I lift arms over head like prior to starting back on PM.

I did also get some red clover, but may have bought wrong style as the dropper says to put in water. I put it in an old Ainterol atomizer I had sitting around and it reminds me a lot of the old breast spray I used back in 2015. The scent is quite strong. And when mixed with the PM cream it absorbs nicely without staining.

I've introduced a topical regime and there is a whole thread dedicated to it, so well worth researching.
From my time on topical I really like it so will continue it for reference my topical regime is 3xpumps of prog cream, 100ml of micronised DHEA, 20 drops of red clover and 40 drops of cayenne extract that has BO dissolved in it.
RC dissolves nicely in the mix.

After Lotus' post and Lara's comments and posts I started a topical regime as well. Progesterone, DHEA, and DMSO. Before starting the topical I had small pointed A cups. After only a month of the topical regime I'm a solid B cup with fullness and no longer pointy breasts. Topical is a game changer for sure. I've contemplated things to possibly add to make it even better than current but I'm not sure what to add.

I can't thank Lotus and Lara enough for sharing their knowledge and experience.
