So my guess would be that the affects of the pm slowly stopped while you were trying to build up the dose of bo over the last 4 weeks. And bo works differently than pm as you know, and it unfortunately hits everyone differently. Some see results quickly with it, and other take a few months at 740-1500 of bo.
So if the BO is still not working as affectivity as it should you still may need to build it up in your system longer, which means your body will have more time to allow your test levels to raise from what they were on pm.
And bo may not work affectivity since you did not really allow your body a break from pm before you started it. They say a good cleanse is good before starting bo.
I'd say since youve been on it a month already I'd just keep it going and increase your bo to 1000-1500 slowly over the next month. Maybe do 2 weeks at 1000, and then increase to 1500.
1500 is optimal dose. To make sure you give your body the best chance for Bo to work, take your body temp every morning right after you wake up, so you can keep track of your resting body temperature. If it is below 98.2 you will need to add kelp or iodine to increase your body temperature. No only works efficiently at 98.2 or above. Obviously don't take iodine or kelp if you have allergies to them. Also if you body temp is consistently low there may be other health issues you are in aware of that is causing it. Maybe a deficiency in a specific vitamin or nutrient.
But yes. Like I said your testosterone raised back up during the time you started Bo and stopped pm. But that's ok. Bo needs testosterone to work. It can just take awhile for some individuals for Bo to work, and it has to build up in your system. Just keep at it and increase slowly to 1500mg per day.
Make sure you get plenty of protein in your diet. Taking MSM helps ensure your body has more of what it needs to grow. Amino acids, calcium, D3, zink, and again depending on your body temp iodine or kelp.
It may be good that your testosterone levels raised back up a bit, that way when bo kicks in or is starting to kick in, you'll feel the dull aches of pain in your testicles letting you know it's starting to work.
