White Peony

#1

Hi,
i just read a little bit more about white peony.

Wouldn't that be enough?
I mean, it lowers testosterone and it boosts aromatase, so the conversion from testosterone to estrogen.
It also seams to be good for the kidneys and the liver.

Someone has experience with that?

Based on Lotus' information at

https://www.breastnexum.com/showthread.php?tid=17416

i've just added White Peony to my regime. I'm also taking Fenugreek and Saw Palmetto, which i chose before absorbing a lot of the information in BN (i'll probably switch to Reishi and PM when my supply of those has run out).

It's only been days for me so far too early to see any effect. Your logic seems sound but the whys and wherefores about White Peony being enough on its own are way over my head - this literally is my first week at herbal school!

Best of luck to you Smile

I started using White Peony 2 days ago.
Too early to tell what effects it has on me.

One specific thing in some of the threads is that maybe we need testosterone for WP to work - testosterone to direct toward Estrogen by blocking DHT and promoting aromatase. Maybe.

Right now I'm not taking anything off any consequence (though I'll likely start back), but I started taking WP back when I first registered here and it didn't seem to immediately do anything - I mean, I think it did do what it's supposed to, just that like all nbe is gonna take a while. I didn't stick with the WP long enough- when my supply ran out I switched to RR/Green Tea. But I think I miss the WP and intend to go back on it, along with RR & milk thistle. For my main phytoestrogens I was taking Fenugreek/Fennel and intend to restart estrogens using Fenugreek and Bi-Est.

I'll have to find it again, but I believe after a certain amount of WP, anything taken in excess of that is wasted as far as our purposes are concerned. I think I've both read it here and also on a transformer product website. I'll have to look into that again.
