I have seen many posts where people mention pelvic tilt here. I always kind of thought that they were imagining it or that there were other root causes of the pelvic tilt. Well I can now say that pelvic tilt as a result of taking BO is a real thing. I'm sure it's a result of the effects of BO on muscle and muscle tone that cause the tilt.
I was taking some personal enjoyment time yesterday in the bathroom to shower and groom. While manscaping down below I felt like my shaft was lower and tilted down. It had always pretty much been straight out but seemed almost like it was now more between my legs. The light bulb went off in my head and I realized it could be pelvic tilt. I have taken some body pics over the last year for weight loss comparison and breadt growth comparison. I took a few new pics and compared them to older ones and I was shocked to see the inward curve in my lower back. It's definitely pelvic tilt. A previous pic from 7 months ago there was little to no inward curve of my lower back and now it is noticeable. This might also explain why I'm finally starting to see some shape to my butt instead of the flat as board butt I had.
I said from the start I was fine with whatever results and changed that came with taking BO and this hasn't changed. If anything, I'm looking forward to seeing what other changes I'm in store for. Of all the changes that others on a BO regimen have had or talked about there isn't one that I could not or would not accept.
I have mentioned that I noted changes in my calve muscles of all places first. I'm now noticing those changes in my thighs as well. They are much straighter without the definition they used to have. I'm an avid golfer and I have noticed my driver distance has gone down lately as well. I took just over 5 weeks off from golfing to recover from a surgery. I golfed yesterday morning and struggled like never before to make ball contact which has not been an issue in the past. Even when I haven't golfed in a month or two I've been able to quickly get back into my swing. This wasn't the case yesterday and last night after my personal enjoyment time in the bathroom it dawned on me that it could be the result of the changes in muscle tone and pelvic tilt.
Pelvic tilt can and most likely will happen if you take BO so be ready for it. In reading more about PT there are exercises you can do to help prevent it or correct it. I'm not going to try to correct mine.
