Hello everyone,
I’ve been lurking for a while and just want to say thank you to everyone who is here. This is an amazing repository of knowledge and I’m grateful to all of you.

If this isn’t the right thread for this, please delete it and direct me to the right thread.

I’ve done my best to understand the principles at play here. Based on what I’ve read this is the regimen I’ve been on the last three weeks.

1 estrogenic herb
  • Red Clover - 1200mg – 2 x with meal
1 pro-hormone
  • Fish oil
Bovine ovaries - 250mg (up to 1500mg/day?)
  • Increase to 500mg on 30 OCT
  • Increase to 750mg on 4 Nov
1 pro-aromatase
  • Peony Root - 515mg
1 potentiator (vitamins/minerals, etc)
  • Gaba - 750mg
1 anti-androgen
  • Reishi-reishi mushrooms 1500mg
20mg Progesterone cream
Gentle pumping 1-2 times a day for 20-30 min.

I’m feeling pretty good so far. I feel like my skin is getting softer and that I’m getting more fat on my chest. At least it feels like I can pinch more when I play with my chest. I've been able to get laser almost everywhere BUT my chest, so I'm going through the slow process of electrolysis

Here is where I'm starting from. Lots of room to grow.

Your program seems quite good, go up with BO as you've planned. It tends to have same effects, how much is very YMMV situation, but changes come somewhat faster when you're on higher dose. People report different dosages where it becomes obvious that its working. For me as low as 400mg showed obvious changes, but 750mg and above is where it gets most efficient.

You can add another GABA to bring it up to 1500mg, maybe split morning and evening. GABA is good to be taken after exercise as that gives you bigger HGH boost. Also to consider, morning HGH and alertness boost is easy with L-tyrosine. Its somewhat similar to GABA but doesn't elevate prolactin levels the same way.

You should consider the topical protocol that Lotus has posted a lot about which is not the hottest newest buzz over ther forum, I'm doing it with my own twist with it and had lot of success. Its a good next step and at its core, rather simple.
