Hi,

I tried flaxseed and made me ill so stopped it, gave me a lot of bowel problems.

This is todays photo and I was wondering what I can use to boost the growth, I have a video call with my doctor tomorrow and I hope will help.

All I am taking is 2 pumps of Oestrogel and nothing else, says that using the gell will naturally lower my Testosterone levels, I disagree but have no real alternative, so is there anything else I can do.

If any of the senior members can help please respond if you hav etime, too be honest I am losing faith.

I tried the ground seed and also tried the oil capsules, I had a reaction ao both, the side effects as it did say, my side effects were loose bowels and I mean loose, I know I want ot lose weight but not like that, so I stopped and just staying on HRT, just hope I can add to HRT to improve fullness and more growth.

Flax is a common naturalapathic stool softener. It's amazing how all these supplements have multiple uses. Half of what is recommended on NBH and HRT I already take.

Had a session with my doctor on Thursday, it was good session but I was a bit low, this was detected and i was asked why am I coming accross negative. So told him that i feel as though I am getting nowhere and only taking HRT without blockers, this was the reply.

Gel is a lot better for me due to my age, oral pills could cause me internal problems, asl I hav eto take it slowly with you and build up your female levels slowly again to hit you with a big dose will cause issue and I have a duty of care to you.

What he did say, I am having a blood test at the begining of November and then my dose will go up either by 1 pump or possible 2 pumps, I am on two at the moment, also said it is only 20 weeks, be patient.

Told him I might take RR, he went mental, said if I do then he will strike me off. Oh well do as I am told

I’m on injections, but my Doctor told me the same thing, so it must be a standard in this treatment.  Wife also put her foot down and said we are paying for professional help so we do it there way.

I have things going my way so I will listen to the Doctor and wife.

It’s so hard to be patient.

Had my video session with my doctor yesterday, he reviewed my latest blood test results, though I felt disapointed with the results he assured me that he is happy.

My bloods are - Testosterone 9.05 nmol/L and my Estrogen was 183 pmol/L which in my opinion was not good, this is what he said.

My T is still lower than what a CIS male would be, my E is higher for a CIS male but not high enough to have a big change, that said I am devolping.

i asked about T blockers he said no because at my age the Estrogen will naturally lower my T.

Said he was happy because it would be dangerous to hit me all at once, the side effects are too dangerous at my age in January I will be 70.

6 November I have been on HRT for 5 months, I started at one pump a day then went up to 2 pumps a day.

Now he has increased my dose as from yesterdayI am now on 4 pumps per day, says that over the next few weeks there will be a massive difference in my growth.

He says patience so fingers crossed I will see changes.

After my results I got this delivered yesterday, tried it tonight and wow, love it, so as this is my first venture into pumping.

Had a 10 minute session on medium boobs looked fantastic then after about 20 minutes after stopping they went down and left rings.

Can anyone please give me some tips.

When I cannot get my electric pumping machine plugged in, this is another type of pump I am use, it is a hand pump, works as you can see.

I get rings on my chest but they do go overnight, thing is they dont stay like this, sad but I suppose they will one day
