Budding basics??

#1

Hello everyone,
I keep seeing the term 'budding' and I think I'm starting to roughly understand what it is, but I haven't found a post yet that clearly defines it. If there is already a thread out there that answers these questions please feel free to point me in that direction and then delete this thread.

1. What exactly is budding? What does it feel like?
2. Is budding a necessary process for breast growth? Does it happen with all programs, or only with certain herbs/techniques?
3. If I'm not budding what should I look at changing in my program?
4. What's a 'typical' timeline for budding to start and at what point should I be concerned that it hasn't?
5. What stimulates the process and what retards it?

Thank you!  Heart

You will feel the buds. They will feel like a button or disc just under or around the nipple. I already had small buds when I started NBE. They felt round to maybe slightly oval shaped under my nipples. I would say they were about the size of a dime if I gently pinched them between my thumb and finger.

Budding happens in CIS females as they enter puberty. In CIS males it can happen during puberty as well or in males as they age. It can also be the result of a hormone imbalance which is essentially what you are doing with NBE. The goal is to use supplements or herbs to essentially change the balance of testosterone and estrogen in your body.

Budding is the first step in breast development so yes, you need to bud in order to develop breasts. The timeliness varies as we are all different and our bodies react differently to the regimen we choose. Some have seen great results with BO while others haven't. On the flip side others have seen success with PM and others haven't. I almost hate to say that it is a trial and error program but that is essentially what it is. You try one method and if it's not working you tweak it adding things or increasing dosages. If that doesn't work many have switched to a different regimen.

I said when I started I already had bud about the size if a dime. They slowly increased to a nickel, then a quarter, and eventually a fifty cent piece. Today they feel like they are somewhere between a fifty cent piece and silver dollar. I added a topical regimen, not recommended until you bud, and saw really great growth. The growth has made them fuller and started side branching. You can feel the buds as still a firm disc and them feel actual breast tissue around them. I'm definitely no expert and I'm sure Lotus or Heavenly can explain in more biological terms than I can. I hope this helps until someone more experienced than me can chime in.

This is something I've always wondered about.  I budded as a teen during puberty.  The buds soon went away.  Now I'm doing NBE and I have had some breast growth, but no budding.  Is it necessary to "re-bud" once again?  Or do you just bud once in a lifetime.

The important thing (to me) is that my breasts are growing!
