New step today on my way on NBE program…
My budding has almost completed, and today, after a couple of days without PM (only 500mg a day), I’ve started with Swanson’s BO, only one pill a day and RR, nothing more… Let’s see what happens… My hope is for rounded hips and butt and little and slow breast growth… Fingers crossed…

By the way I’m thinking for progesterone cream…. Any advice for good brand in Europe ?!?

Looking good. Hopefully you see continuing positive results making the switch. I would soooo love to have your areola/nipples!

Keep us posted on what you notice with BO. I definitely noticed muscle tone loss, breast growth, and most recently some pelvic tilt that I know was not there before I started BO.

Hi thboy, since three weeks ago, I was on Ainterol PM 500+500, RR, MSM Calcium citrate and D vitamin, but the growth was too fast and explosive and reading about several experiences of blood clots was scaring me…
My girlfriend loves a lot my feminine side and my brand new breast… And she’s very supporting me on my journey.

Thanks Brianna, as I wrote in my posts, I've Switched to BO because I would like not only breast (not too big   I hope), but, if it could be possible, a complete hour-glass figure with more large hips and butt... I would love to see how my body can achieve a more feminine shape... Original Ainterol PM has worked very well for me and in very few time at low dosage, but the risk of blood clots is too much near the corner… so... give BO a try... A jump in the dark.. Let see what happens... I know that a lot of people says that BO is a one-way  choice but I will stay on the lowest dosage and keep monitoring my changes ... "That's one small step for man, one giant leap for feminisation"
