Perhaps I need to start a new thread for my following question(s) but:

• what do the estrogen creams do?
  
• how are they different to phytoestrogens like Pueraria Mirifica? (capsules or PM cream)
  
• what differences in feelings (mental changes) or body shape or breast growth is it compared to PM?
  
• are they better for faster results compared to PM?
  
• how different is this to medical HRT?
  
• can a person "test" one or two tubes and buy no more? what would it do in that "length of time" to use up 2 tubes?

These are all great and pertinent questions. I am also experimenting with BiEstro cream and trying to get some hints, but they are scarce. ChatGPT gave me some rough ideas. 
I am myself getting rid of my PM pills as I have some side effects I don't like such as tingling in my hands and arms. I think that topical use of an estradiol cream will be better, especially if I complement it with fenugreek and DIM.
More advanced forum users probably have more information.
So, yes, I think this thread could be fuelled by other inputs and bits of experience.

I was so prepared to buy the cream that you sent me link to.

I use PM and pretty sure I've got something underneath my left nipple, like hard lump where it feels a bit harder or rubbery compared to the right.
But that's PM + testosterone gel + red reishi + white peony.
I want to see what it feels like to be a bit more fem, if I can.
